Cons (-) They had a problem with overbooking due to a leak somewhere. The handling was completely botched by the GM who has serious people problems. I will never go back to avoid the possibility of seeing him again.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We recently stayed at the Crown Plaza Downtown St. Louis and this place was way better than that.
Cons (-) Thin walls, but we probably noticed that because there was a dog next to us barking. Owners weren't in the room to control it either. But we were understanding and didn't complain. We could also hear the people above us walking around. I am a heavy sleeper though.
