Pros (+) The hotel had a very welcoming feel when we walked into the lobby. Our room was also very nice and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Much better than most of the other hotels we've stayed at!
Cons (-) The only downside was that our room didn't have a mini fridge or a microwave. Since we drove in from Chicago, we had brought food and drinks with us, only to find that there really wasn't any place to put them or keep them cold.
Pros (+) The staff was excellent!! They bent over backwards for us and we're very pleasant!
Cons (-) It smelled heavily of smoke in the hallways, always a large group of loitering smokers at the entrances. Our room smelled musty all the time. Hallways littered with pizza boxes and dirty towels. There was no fridge and no microwave in the room. No Gideon Bible either.
