The Xmas lights on the hotel and the location was excellent for visiting the Xmas markets. Quirky and interesting hotel.

They overcharged us for 2 breakfasts and 4 glasses of wine. The woman at the front desk didn’t believe us and had to confirm with waitress that we weren’t lying. Don’t need to ever be treated that way again.
Tiny rooms with floors that are crooked . Could be very dangerous in a fire too.

First of all, the hotel is located in a wonderful location near the city center, so we were easy to access restaurants, souvenir shops, and petit Venice. Second, this hotel has a great restaurant by themselves, the food quality also really good. Third, the hotel staffs are very kind and friendly.
We have stayed at the annex building, but the original building is more beautiful than where I stayed. Of course, those two buildings are very close to each other, but you need an extra key to open the entrance door, it is a little bit inconvenient point to stay at the annex building.

Location is perfect, the staff is very helpful a very good place to stay in Colmar and made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for the travellers who look for a perfect place.

The parking garage that we paid for was an extremely tight fit for our smaller than normal car (Audi A1). We had a difficult time getting it into the end unit garage. We felt a little bit like Mr. Bean parking his car.
