Cons:Upon arriving to check in, I was told that there was a problem because the room I had been originally assigned to was given to a different guest. I had paid in full using kayak and the manager said there was nothing she could do. She promised to refund the money but offered no additional compensation for the absolute hell of arriving in the middle of the night after driving 8 hours to find you have no place to stay. We went across the road to Fairfield Inn and they not only had rooms available, but they matched the price of the original booking at Sleep Inn. Fairfield for the win!
