This was an elegant, very clean, well-run hotel. My room — corner with a balcony overlooking the river — was beautifully spare and extremely quiet. The bedding, too, was top rate — crisp, cool, white cotton sheets, the perfect weight. The restaurant downstairs was equally elegant.
