Seats were old and very uncomfortable. Coach seating is way too tight

WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience

Flight was delayed at airport with large backlog and WiFi was spotty

I don’t like mushrooms and that’s all they had with pasta

I Love Delta but one of the flight crew training in courtesy snd hospitality.

Wifi on this flight was very sketchy and not available for most of the trip.

Both legs on the way were smaller planes, each had a mechanical issue causing a delay

Delayed flight. Dirty seats, dirty seat belts with food stuck on it from previous passengers maybe. No one cleaned the seats or flight.
