Pros: I stayed 2 nights here. Everything was great. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. Loved the shower. Usually at hotels you have to run around the shower to get wet. The water pressure was great and I like the shower head better than mine at home. The room had everything we needed. Hairdryer, iron, microwave, small refrigerator, plenty of towels. Only con was the road noise was a little loud. I would stay here again.
Pros: beautiful large rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff, felt safe.
Cons: had a shower, I prefer a bath, however that is no big deal. Shower was large and had hot water.
Pros: The Staff - Everyone we encountered was friendly and very helpful
Cons: The pool and hot tub area could have used a little more attention.
Pros: The staff were wonderful!
Cons: Pool was dirty and the hot tub was nasty!! Had algae! Had not been cleaned in a long time!
Pros: The worst hotel experience ever... neeed 2 rooms with 2 beds. Not available on check-in. The guy at the desk was so rude. No eye contact. I needed to go next store to Fairfield inn and paid another $--- for 2 more rooms. So $--- for 2 rooms.
Cons: I went to Columbus for my son's graduation. I booked 2 rooms with 2 beds. I was traveling with 7 adult children and needed separate beds. Earlier in the day I called the hotel and confirmed with the front desk that the double rooms were available.
Pros: They had a hotel bar.
Cons: For the price paid would have expected a complementary breakfest that is normally offered.
Cons: For the price it was not clean carpet dirty furniture dusty and the room was smaller than the picture I saw if I had let the sofa bed out I had no room to walk or put my suit case. No hanging space I was next to the Ice machine which was noisey . I exspec

Cons: Nothing.. It was good deal at bargain pricing
Cons: There was a big roach in my first room. I was moved only to wake up with a huge bug in the bed with me. I had to get another guest to come kill the bug for me. Housekeeping brought me a can of bug spray and a towel to stick in the hole by the door
Pros: PROXIMITY TO SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS, HIGHWAY ACCESS. GOOD VARIETY OF ITEMS FOR BREAKFAST. CLEANLINESS AND STAFF WELCOMING AND ACCOMODATING TO NEEDS. ACCESSIBLE PARKING, FREE INTERNET.
Cons: NO SWIMMING POOL. CHECK OUT TIME COULD BE EXTENDED
Pros: I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and also the location. There is a Wal-Mart less than 5 minutes away and plenty of restaurants as well.
Cons: The only thing this hotel was missing was a pool. It was hot out and being able to come back to the room and take a dip in the pool would have been great!
Pros: Decent location
Cons: The room was for the most part clean except for the ceiling falling apart in the bathroom with the black mold on it. Breakfast is only somewhat edible. Overall I would say its a stretch to say it's a 2.5 star hotel. A little more run down than that.
Pros: Clean. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: With outside doors, noise level was high from other guests as well as road noise.
Pros: the room was clean
Cons: This was not a 2.5 star. No hotel with doors opening to the outside should be that star rating. This is a 2 star hotel.
Pros: The staff was waiting for me. Called me by name as I walked in the door. Time at the desk was minimal.
Pros: Really nice staff
Cons: I stay in really nice hotels often. This hotel was just an overnight stay and was not overly impressive.
Pros: cleanliness, location, and especially bed comfort, most are much to firm. this one very comfortable
Pros: The complementary breakfast was great. One of the best I've had a hotel in a while.
Cons: You could tell that there had been pets in the room prior to my stay. Not overpowering but still a slight smell.
Pros: Our host, Burnette, could not have been nicer. The antebellum home was a treat to explore. It has been lovingly restored and cared for.
Breakfast to order was wonderful. Will stay there again if my travels take me near Columbus, MS.
Pros: very pleasant stay. very helpful maid staff.
Cons: would like fresh fruit with breakfast. and extra shower chairs or double occupancy handicap rooms
Pros: It was exactly as described. The room was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: Stains on chair in room
Pros: It was close to the major stores and good restaurants. House keeping did a good job cleaning the room, and breakfast was good.
Cons: It's very outdated. The room was dark, not very well lighted.
Pros: The staff was friendly
Cons: The bathroom was in need of repair with a lot of things rusted, pitted and needing cleaned.
Pros: Staff location
Pros: No comments
Cons: There was confusion around whether I had a balance on the room rate when I went to check out
Pros: Accommodating staff.
Cons: Needs updating -- water dripping in shower. Not real clean
Pros: Good for the price !!!
Pros: Location is not far from MSU.
Cons: The hotel is definitely dated. There are no elevators. The shower backed up while my husband took his shower. The tubs looked dirty in the bottom and I had to clean the toilet seat before using it. There's more but not enough word space here.
Pros: I was given early check in. Good customer service . Good hot breakfast. Everything needed was available.
Cons: Just continue the good customer service.

Pros: room was clean & comfortable breakfast was hot & tasty; staff friendly
Cons: room # 1 hot water faucet needs maintenance almost ready to fall off & not able to tighten; bathroom vent inoperative; Room # 2 no paper cups in room
Pros: The room was so nice and much larger than what you would get at other hotels for the same price. Very clean. Staff was so accommodating and helpful. Most were very friendly. Cookies and popcorn in the lobby at night was a very nice touch, and breakfast was excellent. This will definitely be my hotel of choice when I come to Columbus.
Cons: Housekeeping starts knocking on doors at 8:30 a.m. . Would be nice if they waited until at least 10:00. Also a couple of them were rude when asked to come back later, huffing and rolling their eyes.
Pros: Helpful &frienfly staff. Room was very clean. Building very clean. Grounds maintained.
Pros: Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly & helpful and the breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The workout room was a joke. Even though there was a new treadmill, the rest of the equipment was made up of three different bikes; a Schwinn that had a bad left peddle (not useable), a Lifestyle sit back bike that did not work and a sit up that did work. There was no elliptical. There were no weights nor a weight machine. The towel rack was empty. There was a tv, but no controller. It was over all a huge disappointment...
Pros: I really loved the spa.
Cons: I don't have any complaints.
Pros: The bed was the most comfortable of any I have ever slept in. The room was large. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Not enough outlets in room for more than one person to charge things. Rather crowded at breakfast due to a large family reunion. Front desk staff that checked me in was not very friendly.
Cons: Tiny pillows, no extra towels, key card stopped working and staff was mediocre at best trying to fix these issues. Their free breakfast was literally cereal and even then the morning manager didn't open the office door til after 7-730am.
Cons: everything else , bathroom was dirty and the tub was falling a part. there was a vent in the bathroom by the shower that was open and hanging very creepy. there were people constantly outside yellimg and drinking . there was a scuffle in the room next door to me and i heard the whole thing. maintance people only put one roll of tissue in the bathroom. came by once out of the three days that we stayed there. just a bad experience all around but you get what you pay for
Cons: Very unkept.
Pros: Very clean and nice for the price.
Cons: I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.
