Pros (+) It was clean, cost was cheap, no frills. We were there to fish so we used the room pretty much just to shower and sleep. Only part I'd say was a downer was the air conditioning. Bedding did look a little worn. Bring your own pillows, the ones on the bed are small. Window units in the room so they never really cool it was kind of humid. Other than that you pretty much are getting what you pay for.
Cons (-) Pillows too small and soft. Air conditioner not that great. Bedding could be newer.
