Hi my name is Ms. Edna. I love traveling & excited to bring in the New Year with wonderful guests! If ever I’m away, my assistant’s information will be provided for you. This new renovated Minneapolis property is very tourist friendly with lots to do in the area. It’s close to downtown area, the Viking Stadium, Target field, Mid-town Global Market, Guthrie & Walker Theaters! The home is located 15 minutes from the Mall of America, driving distance. You’ll also be close to popular lakes such as Bde Ma Ska (formerly known as Lake Calhoun), Lake Harriet (where there’s free shows in the Summer), Lake of the Isles & Minnehaha Falls! It’s located in the heart of Minneapolis (city)- walking distance to some of the best restaurants (known as Eat Street) including Quang (Vietnamese), Asian Maylasian Restaurant, Italian, Jamaican, Greek, Mexican, Matt’s Bar (for the famous Juicy Lucy burger) & Maria’s Columbian restaurant for the best homemade corn pancakes. Guests love my listings because of it’s awesome locations, immaculate designs/decor, exceptionally clean, affordable price, great amenities, cozy & safe environment. If anything needs repairs in the room, I’ll promptly arrange to get it done. The repair person would need access inside the room. I’ve been hosting for many years & enjoy it. I’ve experienced a variety of different types of cultures through my travels & hosting experiences. The house has 4 private rooms that can be booked out by guests. It has eye/catching decor & amazing eateries nearby (5 bdrm, 3 story). Smoking inside & parties are not allowed. Guests can smoke in the front outside the gate. You’ll love it!
