Pros: The property was really beautiful. The dinner at the restaurant was good. The staff was friendly and it had great facilities.

Cons: Needed a good clean - showers weren't cleaned in the 4 days we were there. Lacked energy and enthusiasm from staff.

Pros: Location was great - steps away from the cathedral and bar area. Close to food and taxis. Very convenient.
Cons: When the main staff were off, the substitute staff were not very good. Difficult to get in/out on Sundays and Mondays, so I wouldn't say it's true 24/7 reception.
