Hotel was very clean and staff tried their best to help us The hotel is not in a central area hence you need to take the hotel bus to go to the metro or airport. However the hotel bus was very efficient

Basic business hotel, nothing more Terrible location with no interesting restaurants nearby. Hotel restaurant not great. OK breakfast (international).

The proximity to the place I wanted to go Their leaflet says that breakfast is served later in rooms, during the week end. I called several times and finaly, they said: No service at all... It was 9 o'clock and had to go to the restaurant..At least, yhey should write on their paper: No breakfeast in your room on week-ends.

Staff were very helpful and courteous, facilities on offer were of a adequate standard. Generally a reasonably comfortable stay. No complaints

Good, modern room/bathroom, good design. Gym small but good enough for a general workout. Food barely acceptable. Too high priced for being outside of Madrid (Torrejon is a town of its own, separated from the Capital)

Clean, comfortable, next to a few shops and restaurants, next to train/bus for Madrid centre No wifi in rooms. Internet based on cable connection - the cable was very short and had to sit next to television to use.

Modern decor and excellent bathroom plus location next to the train station but not at all noisy Slight odour in room (maybe floor polish as the floor was wood effect)

quality of room furnishing very bad airport shuttle availability. Did not book it before my stay and paid 2 x 30 euro return for taxi. Thin room walls.

Friendly staff, nice room, free internet pc use. Gloomy corridors, uncomfortable bar area.

Nice rooms. Was not actually close to the airport, the cabbie said it was 20 km away. We arrived at 10 pm to the airport and we waited over an hour for the "free shuttle" which actually turned into a $55 cab ride once we realized the free shuttle was not coming.

Pillow menu - nice soft pillows. Nice shower room. Hotel did allow us to swap our first dinner for breakfast the following morning as we were due to arrive too late to have dinner on our first night. Half board was actually evening meal only, which had to be taken in the cafeteria (not the room). Cafeteria was noisy (loud TV) & smokey. Curtesy bus not available weekday nights or anytime over the weekend. Poor lighting late at night made getting into our room diffucult. No trouser press or DVD player in our executive room.

easy to reach to the Hotel.. The area of the Hotel. The hotels in Barajas are much better and convenient. This hotel would be used for visitor to ındustrial area in Alcobendas.
