nothing very big, staff is not good, main building is glassed over that's way to hot in. nobody use tennis court even we book it at 8pm we get rockets and bolls at 9pm we wait one hour. also staff has relation with the guest they're going together to the disco in hotel like in "marmaris palace hotel" i think that is not so good for hilton etc
Facilities are good
Is a perfect destination for a summer holiday. I'll visit it agian, very nice.
Loads to do & see at the resort. You didn't feel like you were in Turkey.
Welcoming and friendly staff; excellent service; good food; good location; nice clean pool; welcome breeze from the river! (I shall be putting a favourable review on' Trip Adviser' and will send you a copy). Small point: It would have been useful to have a waste bin in the room.
Good location. Staff didn’t speak English. Rooms not so clean. Would not return there.
The hotel was used as an overnight stop en route back to the UK. The staff were outstanding, very courteous and helpful and went far beyond the call of duty. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the walls between rooms were so thin that you could actually here conversations clearly
hotel was a great place to stay right on the lake, dalyan is a fantastic place we were very surprised how beautiful it was no
Ideally located, situated on the river and close to all amenities. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds clean and comfortable. Extremely basic, and quality very poor - for example we had to hold the shower as the pole was broken (on all three rooms), shower door missing on one. Breakfast was probably the worst ever experienced. The highchair was filthy, tea very stewed, inequipped (no cutlery or crockery available until asked three times), boiled eggs were runny inside.
Beautiful hotel, lovely helpful freindly staff. Relaxing and quiet yet near all the areas amenities and attractions.
It was lovely to stay at the Dalyan Sandybrown Hotel. Astrid and Kamil were very kind and their then 6-month old son Max was quite delightful- always full of giggles and smiles of cheer when you would arrive for breakfast in the morning. Now on to the breakfast- it was delicious- with the standard "Turkish Bfast" fare and everyday there would be an additional scrumptious goodie. I appreciated that the hotel was a short walk from town, it was a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere- inviting if you want to do some yoga or meditation, and of course swim and chill out. Also, I met the friendliest and most wonderful fellow guests at the hotel. I feel lucky I had this experience
The hotel was lovely small and friendly. Astrid and Kamil who run it were very helpful. A bit noisy with the dogs at night.
The food was lovely, Astrid and Kamel were very helpful and friendly. The whole atmosphere is relaxed with tasteful music playing by the pool. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a quiet, relaxing place to stay!
friendly quiet hotel, gorgeous rooms, nice surroundings.
the friendly staff and help the road signage was poor and room was plain and sparse. the bed linen was not big enough for the bed
The hotel, the food and the owners were excellent. It was the perfect hotel for us. It was outside the resort in a quiet street, but not too far away to walk. A very pretty hotel in a lovely garden. It is an eco hotel and the owners even do the hotel shopping on bicycles!
the owners Camil and Astrid are wonderful hosts, their hospitality was excellent - very welcoming, thoughtful and very attentive. Beautiful warm pool, lovely gardens, an intimate hotel, a lovely experience. Also very well placed for Dalaman airport just 30-40 minutes drive bedside light bulb needs to be stronger and taps in shower were mixed up blue was hot, red was cold in one room!!
