The customer service was horrible, the shower water was cold, the staff was lazy, the window in the pool room was busted out, the staff had their children in the office overnight, it was HORRIBLE!

The hotel was clean and the staff were responsive to our needs.

Very nice hotel. Room was modern and bed was comfortable. Even had a little balcony. Hotel sits off of the road which was nice to avoid traffic noise. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bathtub had a brown stain. Probably just needed a little elbow grease. Coffee shop prices were high and muffins were stale.

It provided needed a necessary place to sleep near my final destination.

The linen had holes and burn marks. There was used soap in the dish with visibly old replacer. The microwave worked but just barely. There were no glasses or paper cups. A large pick-up truck with a trailer preventing parking in front of or near my room.

We had BED BUGS !!! Was bitten on the second night of my stay in the middle of the night and NO ONE was at the front desk to complain to. I went hours later to complain her response was 'oh i was sleep', we dont give refunds. THEY WILL BE REPORTED

When I got there reception said they hadn't received reservation. ..

No exercise Room and less than friendly front counter staff.

This hotel shines like a Five Star hotel!

Clean, convenient, easy access to the hwy.

The guests next to our room did not turn the TV all night long. When we complained around midnight the hotel did not offered an alternative room to move where it would be much quieter. We booked a king since bed and were given a room with double beds.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness. The breakfast was good except for the overcooked bacon.

The room temperature was very hard to regulate. The unit was very noisy and continued to run even though I tried to turn it off. It prevented me from getting a good night's sleep. I didn't notify the staff because it was so late by time I realized it.

Room was horrible... floor was broken...when my son got out shower.. he fell on broken tile

fell well short of expectations of depicted 2 star hotels shown when bidding. Examples of 2 star included Comfort, Holiday Inn and Best Western. This Super 8 should have 1 star. The room was in need of maintenance including old and worn out furnishings.

Access was difficult as the management chose to be the only business in town not to plow the access and parking area after the seasons biggest snowstorm. I find that many Indian operated motels are lacking in customer service.

Beds were very uncomfortable and not as clean as other Hampton Inns we've stayed at.

the water took way too long to warm up (10 min or so) and we definitely would need a room with a handicap toilet (too low).

It was close to our destination and close to eating places

The steps were broken and would be very easy for someone to fall. The person doing the breakfast that was supposed to be from 7 AM until 10 PM and when we arrived about 8 AM no coffe was made and the Person who was working in the breakfast area was baref

Old ness of the motel, the fact that live music is played until midnight and then the bar crowd out on the patios. Any room facing the patio/bar/restaurant will be subjected to loud music until midnight any night a band is playing. Hotel is severely needing to be upgraded from its 1960's motif....switched first room because there was no power in the room as a result of electrical issues. Next room had voltage issues as the light bulbs blew after being turned on! No wifi on our floor because the router was/had been stolen! Bought flip flops, cheap sheet set, and disinfectant spray at Kmart after checking in. But hey, it was an exspensive hotel!!
