The hotel is located at a very premier location, quite near to the mall and the popular eateries eg Keventers, Glenarys and Dekevas. The rooms are spacious with good views, the service is a bit slow and could be improved. Overall a good stay and value for money!

The hotel staff were nice and helpful with all requests. Breakfast was okay. Not a lot of options. Cleanliness is good. Location is great central to city square. Rooms are small although looked big in the pictures. Most darjeeling hotel rooms are smaller compared to other cities. Maybe because of the space crunch to build bigger structures amidst the mountains.
