Pros (+) Staff was nice and courteous upon check-in.
Cons (-) It was as if a chemical bomb had gone off, or a Lysol production facility had a leak. The mushy bed and thermostat that was either stuck at 90 degrees or turned off, didn't help. It will be along time, or another situation where there just isn't a choice, before I stay in a Radisson again.
