8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Easy to find, short drive back to the Interstate and Omaha Zoo.
Cons: Thought breakfast was included in the rate, but not. We had a kitchenette, but no pots or pans were provided. Seams to cater more to extended stays which I hadn't known beforehand.
6.8 Good
Cons: It was very loud while trying to sleep with others opening and closing their doors.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly and facilities were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed having a full kitchen.
Cons: Once the Air conditioner was turned off, the room warmed up and the humidity increased rather quickly.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: Staff was outside smoking every tie we came or went, and unavailable at desk.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: There is no continental breakfast. You can preorder a breakfast sandwich, fruit, and drink. I found that to be kind of expensive. With the nice kitchenette it was easier and more affordable to purchase breakfast items and keep them in the room.
Cons: Kind of wish there would have been a recliner/chair in our double room but I understand space concerns.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: For a reasonable price it was an excellent option after driving for 12 hours and needing a place just to sleep. The rooms are like small apartments with kitchenettes. Recommend it would be a great place for extended stay.
Cons: The sheet set up on the bed was tucked in so that the sheets came off when we pulled the blankets out on both beds.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We didn't have breakfast on site, You could order it but it seemed that it would be an extra charge, was this not the case??
Cons: We didn't have breakfast on site, You could order it but it seemed that it would be an extra charge, was this not the case?? I had stopped in early in the morning asking if we could have adjoining rooms and the staff moved some other customers to accommodate this request but when we actually checked in later that day, we did have adjoining rooms. =( Maybe I should have checked in when I first asked?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great facility. Always clean and friendly staff.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was nice and large.
Cons: The breakfast was frozen and awful. Also one of the staff members was rude to me on the phone.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Walking distance to places and restaurants, easy to find, parking was great. Great value for the price.
Cons: I was not impress with how they placed the girls soccer team families spread out on the 2nd 3rd floors. Footsteps running in their rooms, hallways, jumping up and down, playing in the elevator was too much and so much noise I could not enjoy a good night’s rest.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I was impressed they had fresh strawberries and Chobani yogurt for breakfast.
Cons: They were always out of decaf tea bags.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. Your brand is usually great for my needs. Additionally the cost is usually fair for the needs of this person.
Cons: One of the reasons I choose the brand is for the hot tub, this was non functioning for the stay and I had no notification of a non function hot tub when the reservation was made. I found the hot tub to be empty with nothing more than a hand written sign at the front desk. Had I known at the time of the reservation I would have stayed at another address.

Pros: One of Harrahs best properties!
6.8 Good
Pros: The lobby appears to be dank and unkept as well, but was pleasantly surprised the rooms are updated ,clean and spacious. Associates are personable and knowledgeable. Although there is few restaurants available on Wednesdays, the grill was quite tasty and menu was adequate. Generally in need of good maintenance, and updating.
Cons: The general appearance of the grounds and facilities were dank, dirty and aged. Parking lots are quite a distance from entrances and messy. The doors to the hotel are nasty dirty. Dark and dirty first impression.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Not very crowded but strong ciig smoke in air
Cons: It rained earlier and two water puddles right where you get out for entrance to casino, I stood there for several minutes and everyone had to step in about 2 inches of water getting out of their cars, hand rail leading from parking lot to casino was almost rusted in half and had not been painted in many years, Very disappointed in first impressions, Glass rotundra ceiling in main entrance had four buckets to catch the rain water leaking, How long has this been leaking????? IT LOOKED AS NOBODY CARED about all the patch jobs on concrete drive to entrance, very sloppy patch JOB a teenager could have done a better job, carpet at entrance looked like original installation how many years ago?????? Looks like one of the first Harrahs and nobody cares about the entrance so we see what you don't because management probably never goes outside,,,, what do they manage??????

Pros: The breakfast was good but when we got there about 8:30 it was almost gone..(scrambled eggs) but we were able to have cereal, coffee and a bagel w/crème cheese. We wanted to watch some church programs, (being that it was Sunday)and finally someone came in and changed the awful CNN news. We wanted to watch something uplifting..
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. My room was ok but I know there is no smoking throughout the facility so I was a little puzzled as to why the smell was there. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool was big and the water was perfect. The rooms were very clean and updated.
Cons: It was crowded at the breakfast bar and there wasn't anywhere to sit. Instead of having a large tub of cream cheese, it would be more convenient to serve the individual containers.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were modern, comfortable and clean.Easy Wifi access.
Cons: The location was hard to get to because of current road construction issues. Area is also somewhat loud due to heavy truck traffic on the interstate.

Pros: Room size and air con okay. Free Breakfast good.
Cons: Hallways not airconditioned. Pool dirty. Had a piece of electric cleaning equipment plugged in (not turned on) and the cord was blocking most of the pool for use in actual swimming. The equipment was unattended in the night and the next morning. When I told the receptionist she said you could have swum anyway. Flippant attitude!

Before it was done to put his in there so my clothes was still very wet and the front desk refund my money... So i was very thankful they were very nice about it very friendly people.
Cons: They Are remodeling so all u herd early was the workers working and i kept having card problems where it wouldn't work in the outside door... Also breakfast was ok for a day or so but if u stay there longer is the same thing everyday they need to mix it up with diffrent food.

Decent breakfast. Very busy but somewhat quiet. It's pet friendly and we never heard a single bark....that's a first for me. :) I'd stay here again!

4.5 Okay
Pros: The Location. Loved the idea of the picnic area by the pool but the execution could be better. The picnic table is in terrible shape.
Cons: The door to our room did not lock and we didnt know this until we had spent an hr at the pool. When i told the staff at check out she didnt seem to care and answered her personal phone while i was trying to talk to her. The pool room was way too hot and there was way to many chemicals in the pool. Just walking into the pool room hurt our eyes.

2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Not a dam thing.
Cons: The property was a scam. Over $500 for 3 days. Bathroom had mold. Mattress on both bed were beyond terrible. I set on bed and springs collapsed plus you rolled to outside of bed. Paid extra for 2 beds they were both bad, beyond explanation One set of towels for 3 day stay. Don't even think about staying in this creepy hotel. One guest beat his wife fir hours and nothing was done about it. Run run run
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Easy to hear the people on the floor above you and the cars in the parking lot
Cons: Low cost clean and comfortable
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Uncomfortable bed. No coffee pot in room
4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff, when they were there, were surprisingly very nice and attentive. The price is also cheap (but not cheap enough for what you're getting). Pet friendly without an extra charge.
Cons: DO NOT BOOK WITH CHILDREN, OR IF OTHER OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE. There was not enough staff available, and there's no one manning the desk from 10pm-7am, which is when most of the crime takes place and when people would like to check in/out. I'd like to say that the staff really are nice, but there's just not enough of them so the front desk service takes a very long time (upwards of 30 mins) to get to you. They fired the cleaning staff, so you're responsible for taking your towels down and taking out your trash/cleaning your room/sheets. There's an exuberant amount of drugs going on, and guests there (especially during the times when there are no front desk staff) would brazenly smoke marijuana in the parking lot, in the hallways, and in the elevator (which is very old, very slow, and has no cameras). The place, even in non smoking rooms, has an aroma of marijuana. I'm an 18 year old, 5'11" female rugby player who can bench 240 and even I would not leave my hotel room at night. One night I was coming back to my hotel room and a man followed me off the elevator (where he was making lewd comments directed towards me) and tried to enter my hotel room. Luckily I was able to slam the door, lock it twice, and alert my mother, but others might not be as lucky. If you go out at night, especially between the hours of 11pm-midnight (my mother and I called it the Witching Hour), there's at least two different groups of people in the back of the building doing/dealing drugs. People would even do it outside as early as 9am in the morning. As we were getting ready to check out, at 9am, we saw a couple outside of our window smoking marijuana, but the man rolled their joint ON OUR CAR. There's also scantily clad women waiting for men to pick them up, so prostitution isn't out of the question at this hotel. Men will also follow you and catcall you just from the time you leave the door and enter your car. Not a safe place for a single female, or anyone else. The bathrooms in the rooms are actually very nice, and pretty clean (our shower curtain had mud on it, but otherwise a very clean bathroom). The shower was very nice, I never had a cold shower. The toilets flushed well, and the tap water was drinkable. You have to take your towels downstairs to exchange them for new ones, which is a hassle. Bad laundry facilities and no pool/workout area. The kitchen was pretty nice if you don't want to cook. The refrigerator was large and the microwave worked well, but if you used the two burners your room, and the hallway, would smell like gas/burning. We didn't use the burners, so it wasn't a problem for us. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep at night. The beds here actually caused a sharp pain in between my shoulder blades. Adding on the fact that there was CONSTANT pounding from the people above us and we could hear the man in the room next to us yelling at just about anything, no sleep here. Do not book.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect kindness food room was very nice
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room and facility was VERY clean. The staff was extremely helpful, especially considering we arrived in the middle of the night.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: full kitchen, WiFi, room was clean, it was quiet and comfortable
Cons: Extended stay hotel- remember to bring your own shampoo, hair dryer, cooking equipment and food and coffee maker. A bar of soap and linens are all that’s provided.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: No breakfast
Cons: Nothing to set in to watch TV
4.5 Okay
Cons: We paid fora non smoking room and they gave us a smoking room on a smoking floor. We were told that management said a non smoking request does not guarantee a non smoking room. They would not refund our money even though we never stayed or used the room. Never had a hotel not give us a non smoking room when requested. If they didn't have a non smoking they should have told before our paying for the room and getting the key. The reservation even stated a non smoking room. The bill even stated a non smoking room. We didn't realize the room was a smoking room until we opened the door and the room reeked of smoke. We immediately went back to the desk and they said they didn't have a non smoking room and then they wouldn't refund our money when we requested. The manager was the one making the decision.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Room maintenance, bathroom ceiling above shower was peeling and collapsing, full of mold . Informed f front desk , no other room available.
6.8 Good
Pros: Staff was very friendly, ONCE THEY GET TO KNOW YOU.
Cons: TV signal VERY poor, not able to really watch it.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The only thing we enjoyed about this place was the location. It was near the casinos and very close to a wonderful restaurant called Tish's
Cons: The shower would not drain, the air conditioner did not cool the room, there were no cooking utensils to accommodate the stove and microwave. There were no complimentary shampoos, conditioners, bodywash etc... I requested a late check out but at 11:10 had staff knocking at my door saying I had to leave . Explained we would be out shortly and the woman on duty decides to let herself into my room with out permission because "she had a key" then demanded we leave or she was calling the cops. The rudest staff I have EVER in my life encountered. I will never recommend this hotel or stay there EVER again. I wanted my money back and they refused, and threaten to call cops again. This place needs major major improvements ASAP!!!

Cons: Smelled like smoke. A.c. didn't cool properly. Room a little warm. Stains everywhere.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff very friendly.
Cons: Bed uncomfortable
3.1 Mediocre
Cons: Just not well-managed at all. Hotels shouldn't have to go very far to make their customers happy. Just provide the basics of a stay and their well on the way. This had almost none. No coffee maker, no hair drier, no shampoo. Not even anything on the walls to make it appear it was a nice place. The place has a raunchy odor to it too. Pool area needs a lot of work and is rundown. I think they have a sauna but there was a sign saying it was out of order. Can imagine how long that has been. the back door to the hotel doesn't work either. The security access mechanism doesn't work so instead of repairing it they just put up a sign saying it's "Exit Only".
6.2 Good
Cons: Lower the price
4.8 Okay
Cons: The staff in the morning specifically the manager could have been kinder and listened to the issue at hand and felt with it more appropriately
