Lots of choices to dine on site Had issues with the tv and no one seemed to want to help, the pool/hot tub are far from room.
Staff was rude, we booked king non smoking, they put us in smoking without telling us, came down, asked for non, then she put us in double. It was only 8 when we checked in if kings aren't available it shouldn't be an option. She rudely explained to read the fine print and that nothing was guaranteed. We stay at several hotels per year and book through several 3rd party sites yet this is the only hotel where we weren't accommodated what we'd asked for, regardless of fine print. BAD customer service, and lazy.
Smoky room. Who allows people to smoke in hotel rooms anymore? Not worth the cost!
Room was great, liked convenience of being able to just walk upstairs at the end of the night. Dinner and breakfast were very good. I confirmed my room (through Kayak) and showed up an hour after I was told it would be ready. It wasn't ready, so they told us we'd have to wait an hour. I mentioned that I had confirmed and been told we'd get a room, and she magically found one. I'm glad she did, but perturbed that she didn't do so on her own or make some kind of effort to make up for the delay.
Rooms are very clean, modern, and comfortable Casino and restaurants offer plenty of fun and good eats Room service was prompt and tasty
This is a great location especially as an alternative to downtown Omaha. The room was clean, comfortable and did not have any scent of smoke. Internet allowed me to work in the evenings and beds were extremely comfortable. It is a bit of a trek from parking lot to the room especially if you don't do the valet.
The hotel was clean and very nice. Lots of amenities and things to do. All good
Helpful staff, airport shuttle and parking options were very nice.
Comfortable, clean room for a great price through Kayak. Very friendly front desk and restaurant staff.
Clean, easy to get to, and close to downtown. They have a daily fee ontop of the hotel price.
Paid $70 for the room. Was first time to this casino. Got their players card and received a free Buffet. The food wasn't anything special but the 24 kitchen they have is dope. Best quesadilla I've ever had. Got rolled at the casino. But that's any casino
Nothing We booked a non smoking room. Arrived surly desk clerk advises only had smokers room on first floor near casino lobby. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Dated and filthy carpets. Basically a take it or leave proposition...never again!
The room was very nice. Not very conveniently located.
Dirty hotelThe rooms were filthy The rooms were filthyThe place smelled like cigarette smoke
The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Comfortable bed.
The room was clean, mostly. That's about it. I could feel springs of the cheap mattress through the non-existent bed pad, one thin blanket with no additional coverings available, and tiny, flimsy pillows I had to roll up in a tube to get any support made it impossible to get comfortable. I finally got a few hours sleep sitting in the stiff chair wrapped in the cheap chenille decorative throw. The rest of the room was Spartan, definitely a hotel about profit margins, exploiting gamblers visiting the casino across the street, not customer comfort.
Customer service was fantastic. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was good. The water pressure in the shower was a little disappointing, but not unbearably so.
the entire staff was most helpful and friendly
I liked the staff, they where really friendly and super helpful. I did not like, I b the other hand, what they had to offer for such a high price... even super 8's have free WiFi and complimentary breakfast to their clients.
The bar and multiple seating options around the hotel make it great for socializing . Service is slower and they seem short staffed in all areas Late getting into out rooms because house keeping was behind They gave us 2 free drinks and 2 free meals so we had something to eat and drink During the 90 Minute wait
rooms are good size, bed is comfortable. could be cleaner - for instance, clean the telephones!!!
would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends and family
cookie particles was not cleaned in the second day. cleaning has not parfect.
This is an awesome hotel and we love that it is connected to the Quest Center for concerts! It would be nice if it had some kind of complimentary breakfast with as much as it costs.
Location is good, right next to sporting venues and downtown. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and the lobby looked nice. Charging to use the internet and the gym/pool is ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous. How is it that Motel 6 gives free wifi at most locations and the Hilton wants $10 per day to use the internet? They also charge for the use of the gym and pool, which didn't even have drinking cups for the water cooler. The hotel staff and I also have different definitions of what "city view" means. I had a great view of a freeway offramp.
Close to interstate Room especially the bed smelled awful. Like someone had just used the corner of the room as a restroom.
Location was good for being central to activities The sink and shower drained slowly and had standing dirty water.
Next to casino, if that is important. hallways smelled like old smoke when we checked in.
The location was great! Right off of I-80 and within walking distance of a gas station, restaurants, dairy queen, and a mall. The beds were really comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Most of the fixtures in the bathroom looked new or at least the seals around them were new. I also liked the novel idea of offering hotdogs and cookies at 5:00 p.m. every day. It makes for a nice quick meal if you don't feel like getting out. One of the first things I noticed was that there was random specks of blood on the outside of the tub, on a towel (stained, I think), and a big blood stain on the underside of one of the bed spreads. I left that face up for two days in a row before they either changed the bedspread or turned it around. There was also hair left around the base of the tub and on one wall of the tub. And the TV was completely smashed in the back. It still worked just fine. Too bad, other than those things, it was a great place.
When we arrived the clerk that checked us in was super nice. This is not a place for small children. It's located right next door to a bar. The parking lot did not feel very safe. It's a very old building so it was loud when you walked around. The room was dated and not comfortable at all. The shower was cold and it didn't have any water pressure.
Price convienence nice staff.
Stayed here both coming and going to Montana. It is a great value! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was clean and had a nice breakfast. The staff were very nice. We would definitely stay here again when we travel through the area!
The price was right and everything fit our needs. Breakfast was good the next morning, room and hotel were very clean. Location was perfect. If you're not a hotel snob, this will do just fine. Hot dogs, cookies and cupcakes were a nice added touch! Didn't like the double beds, prefer a queen, but was manageable. Bedspreads were a little dated.
Room was clean and quiet. Staff excellent. Breakfast good. I will stay here again. A real bargain Nothing
I was very happy with this hotel. For such a low price they had several extras. The pool was nice. There was coffee at all hours. They served free soup, crackers and baked cookies at 5:30. Breakfast was good; dry cereal, biscuits and gravy, steel cut oats, bagels, fruit and danish. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, which was most important to me. We plan to book again in the future. Being on first floor. At around midnight we could hear the person above us walking around...a lot. Next time I will book second floor and be quiet for my neighbors below! ;)
The hotel was nice and very clean, but what really made it stand out was the staff. The man at the front desk and the shuttle driver really made our trip. Would definitely recommend!!
staff was friendly and helpful room smelled funny, hole punched in the wall by the door
Fresh cookies at registration! (out)dated facilities... need updating!
We stayed overnight due to a late flight. The room was great with standard amenities for an reasonably priced motel. Don't let the name dissuade you. The decor style was modern home in the country -- not folksy country. We were most impressed with the complimentary breakfast which include a wide assortment of both cold and hot foods.
I loved that the hotel was so close to the airport and Old Market. It was the perfect location for our girls trip. I was very happy with my choice of lodging. The bathroom in our room was a little rough. There were pieces of the tiles coming off the floor that we are stepping on. The elevator also has a very strange smell.
Next to strip club Room smelled like cleaning supplies spilled.
Good location, friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was not as good as we are used to.
The staff was superb! They were very friendly and helped us with suggestions on places to go and eat. The added bonus, was the shuttle offered to our event!
the breakfast was good. the room was pleasant. the staff was very welcoming and informative good water pressure in the shower nice price for a family wasn't in town, but not far away the air conditioner/heater was making unnecessary noise the beds could have been more comfortable, but not too bad the bathroom needed a paint job the plug outlets need covers the sauna needed to be cleaned and had too much bleach in it and there were bubbles of black in it because of the dirty tiles in the pool. very old feel and look to the place
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking lot was a wee bit full... please remember there is snow piles in parking spot and people don't park the best during winter when charging/ accepting extended parking for travelers.
It was clean, unlike a lot of our other options. There was a mini fridge and microwave, which was a nice surprise. Other than that it was a pretty basic hotel room. Since it was on the edge of town, we couldn't find many places to deliver food to us. It wasn't that big of a deal, but is noteworthy I think.
The service was great very clean and well kept place would recommend to anyone very convenient location close to airport and other amenities
The room was clean and well-appointed. Noise wasn't too bad, although there was a good bit of activity in the hallways. Bed was quite comfortable. The building itself was lovely. The shower leaked all over the floor (obviously a design flaw, not something wrong), and that made the tile floors amazingly slippery. The breakfast was mediocre at best, although the coffee was reasonable. My partner compared it to mess hall food from his Army days.
Free beer and cookies! A sliding door to the bathroom that doesn't block any sounds. Housekeeping knocked on all the doors of my floor at 8 am in the morning every morning.
Wide corridors, comfy bed, tall ceilings. Good breakfast buffet, cookies at night, friendly staff perfumy smelling lobby
Airport shuttle. Random charges on my credit card in excess of the $100 hold that nobody disclosed before booking. Also, no bath mats.
Comfortable beds - nice clean rooms - Staff very polite and helpful. no frig in room better selection of channels on TV Little pricey More selection on menu
Grand old building. Updated bathrooms. Breakfast in the morning.
Everyone was super nice and helpful. The shuttle guy was super nice and accommodating.
Go to the historic old town try Berry and Rye for a drink check out all the old aricitecture and we are at 801 Chop House where they said Warren Buffett ate a coume days ago...great staff
*great restaurant *good looking front lobby and courtyard *very spacious room! *nice new bathroom *comfortable bed *quiet *nice staff and service *hallways were a little darker, but not a problem
The style of the hotel is nice. The service was good. It was also nice to receive a free breakfast. In the room you could hear everything. Especially at 2 am when everyone came back from the bar. I could hear everyone's conversation as they entered the building. The valet cost $17 to park for the night. If you are looking for a nice hotel downtown, I would suggest staying somewhere else though.
The hotel is a beautiful old building and is very welcoming. The bar/lounge was awesome with a wonderful menu and efficient waitstaff. The bedding was luxurious and comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful but didn't have much space for toiletries or towel racks.
excellent hotel nothing!!!
Bed extremely comfortable. Room was very clean. Staff was very professional and courteous. Overall, outstanding! No
The layout of the hotel room was great. The beds were too soft.
room was spacious, clean, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was better than I expected. I enjoy more products like lotion in the room, but otherwise it was great. Sheets were 'nubby' verses smooth
Free breakfast, clean, great location and staff
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
The hotel lobby and rooms are nice. The staff was courteous and friendly. We asked for a quiet room and were placed amidst a high school athletic team. They kept us up all night with loud partying outside of our door. This hotel was quite a bit more expensive that a favorite - the Staybridge Suites in Lincoln NE (50 miles)
easy check out
Location Noise and disturbance. You could hear conversation in the room next to you and corridors. Breakfast service was lousy. Only two staff to support and it was chaotic. The staff were trying their best. The management should have provided more support
location The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
The rooms were suits and very modern and nice. Breakfast was great. It included eggs and sausages, as well as bagels, cold ham and cheese. The pool was great. The hot tube was clean and right temperature. I have no complaints. I will certainly plan to stay at this hotel again when traveling.
Great location close to many attractions yet not to close or noisy. Nice room layout & features. Your basic hotel breakfast nothing special. Pool was not as big as it looked online & pool water was cold.
Great staff, easy parking, terrific room service, excellent for business.
Super cool interior decorations in the lobby, lounge and especially the rooms!! Do not miss taking a shower, they are amazing. Unfortunately their check-in system was down when we got there so we were delayed getting into our room. Also, their valet service is a bit slow. But nothing to not rate it 5 stars overall.
We felt like we were treated like queens. We've never experienced valet parking. So fancy! The rooms were beautiful. The lobby was gorgeous. Thomas spoiled us and was so nice. Conner drove us everywhere we needed. What a great service. Would have loved to stay longer. The Old Market location was wonderful and we loved the historical aspect. I highly recommend Hotel Deco! The shuttle will take you anywhere you need and pick you up. Only downfall is they didn't have a GPS and got a bit lost. Nothing too bad though. Well worth the extra minutes on our drive to not have to worry about parking!
I loved this hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable and well appointed. Bathroom was great. Internet was fast and easy to sign onto. Location fantastic. Exercise room had high quality machines and dumbells and kettle weights. Staff super friendly. I liked it all.
Large, clean rooms, awesome shower, and cool historic feel with modern decorations. Really nice mixed drinks in the room as well. Wife and I loved it and will come back whenever we are in Omaha. Price of Valet is offset by how cheap the room was -- incredible value.
everyone was nice it was affordable and they treated us like kings
This hotel has the most comfortable beds, deluxe shower, friendliest staff, cleanest, warmest, best we've ever stayed at in Omaha. A couple of unpolished surfaces in shower (roof leaks).
Great location. Modern décor. Historic building with neat attributes Very warm in the common areas
The decor was very unique, especially with the options of other hotels in the area. The staff was great and always right at your service. We loved the shower too!
Everything for the most part was great. Easy access and in the middle of everything. Staff was awesome and good space in the rooms. The pool is ok and no hot tub.
Very nice hotel. Pool was closed while we were there.
I liked how nice and clean everything was. The food from the Gallery was not good at all, I was also sad to see a very small pool and no hot tub.
The view of the old market was gorgeous. Check-in/out was a breeze and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean and cozy, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a modern, simplistic feel to it. Overall, I had a great experience. I'll definitely be a returning customer. Breakfast was not very good and there was no microwave in the room, but those were my ONLY dislikes.
The hotel was clean and modern. The location is great, walking distance to shopping, and dining. The room had temperature control issues, the hvac fan continually turned on and off and was not quiet. The hotel was understaffed and those working were not friendly due to being over worked. We had to wait an hour after the scheduled check in time b/c our room was not clean and ready when we arrived. I felt it was overpriced for a Monday to Tuesday one night stay.
So close to so many things downtown/Old Market. Stayed at Hyatt, ate at Plank (excellent), many fine dining options, many nice places to have a drink, and even donut and coffee shops nearby, and a Subway across the street (restaurant). Lots to do in the area, makes this an EXCELLENT place to stay! No complaints. Excellent room, very clean and spacious, excellent rate, and very high level of quality all around!
Fair price, clean space. A bit noisy in the evening. Outside noise traveled to our seventh floor room.
Close to where I was visiting and easy to find. Room had a great view and eating establishments were in walking range. Breakfast was very good. Over priced drinks.
the location, room décor and comfortable beds. nothing. there is a convenience store called Cubbies next door which has anything you might need. Very cool area with giant fountains at the ConAgri park which we could see from our window.
The breakfast was wonderful. Expansive. The pool was heated and very clean. Our room was clean. Run down in places. The sauna didn't work while we were there.
Staff was friendly. It was quiet and clean. The bed was comfy. The appliances; tv, microwave, etc. were outdated.
Good location The hotel is really starting to look worn. My shower went from scalding hot to ice cold. There was mildew in the corners of the tub grout. The complimentary coffee creamer in the room was a solid brick and never dissolved. Who knows how old it was. The coffee itself tasted like hot brown water. The little "store" area was completely depleted and I was told the manager hadn't been shopping. I did buy a small, individual bag of chips, which I was charged TWO dollars for!! I've stayed in this hotel about 3 times over the last 5 years and I feel like I'm tracking its slow death.
This hotels looks like it had seen better days in the past. The curb appeal and entry is great but it stops there. Hotel was dirty and carpets were stained. Bed linens were old and stained. Seems like maintenance is under-staffed as there were broken items in the hotel room (e.g. A lamp didn't work and the toilet kept making loud noises every half hour). I wouldn't recommend staying here.
Quick check in, staff was friendly, good breakfast.. Floors were a little hard, just thin carpet over concrete, shower controls were overly complicated, wish the bar was open..
The lobby...... It was the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. The lobby was lovely and I never expected to walk into the building my room was in and see filthy floors up 2 flights of stairs. Like it had never been vacuumed ! Got to the room and the desk chair, which I needed was broken and in permanent lean. The hotel phone in the room also did not work. So we called the front desk for a chair and a phone and we were told when the maintenance man would be in later that day..... Any other hotel would have brought a chair and phone right away or switched us to a different room. Not this place. We took 4 hour nap on top of the sheets and checked out immediately.
The beds were comfy and the hotel staff was courteous. The hot breakfast was good. The lobby area looked nice and clean. Decent pricing, for our stay. The sauna wasn't heating up. The pool also had a light hanging out and the water was freezing. I saw a few pill bugs in our room.
Good hot breakfast, and good location close to freeway Dirty, threadbare sheets and towels, maintenance needed, internet is so slow as to be unusable.
Cost and it was authentic Minor up keep paint sauna didn't work
Nothing Rude, misrepresented featured, they hate third party booking companies, they do not care if you are happy or stay.
There was no mention of a room deposit on tge website or any emails. I had to let them hold $25 per night on my card for "incidentals". Because this wasn't mentioned anywhere till I got to the motel I had not planned that extra expence.
Friendly service and easy to locate didn't like that the sauna didn't work
The breakfast was nice. The front lobby was nicely remodeled and felt welcoming. I booked this hotel because the website said that it was newly remodeled. I didn't want to stay in a run down, old hotel. The front lobby looked great so I was very excited - HOWEVER NOT ALL the rooms are updated, only a select few (and you can NOT request to have a new room), so I got an old, not updated room. I had to have them change the bedding because it looked dirty. I also needed them to change the shower head because it was so grungy and gross, water wouldn't even come out. The room smelled and looked old. I was disappointed, I thought it was going to be updated and remodeled as stated on the website!!!!
Clean and comfortable rooms, refrigerator in room. No real complains. the gravy and biscuits were a little blah, and cold. Breakfast offerings were mostly carbs and sugary stuff.
I have a very hard time sleeping in hotels, but not here. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel is well-built I never heard any noise from other rooms. Very clean. Great staff, especially Kaytee. Nothing. I will stay at the New Victorian every time I'm in Omaha.
Super comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly. Big screen TV's. mini fridges and Microwaves in every room. This is my 5th stay and I won't stay anywhere else in Omaha. The value is excellent. Peeling paint in the bathroom from moisture. It wasn't excessive, but it was there. Breakfast while meager is adequate, but does seem to be a few days old.
The price and location! Breakfast was cold and seemed like leftovers from the day before.
Free breakfast The prices of the rooms
Clean room, quiet night, bathroom very nice
Great price and location for night stay on s long road trip. Good breakfast and clean room.
There was barely enough water pressure to operate shower. Fixing that would definetly upgrade this hotel. Evidently not an upgraded room. Mattresses weren't the best but have had worse.
Loved the breakfast selection!!!! I also appreciate how clean everything was! The beds were uncomfortable.
Great beds, quiet rooms, friendly staff, very easy to get to and from Definitely putting this on my places to stay again.
This was perfect for us - clean, good breakfast, polite staff, and only 15 minutes away from the zoo which is why we were in Omaha. No frills but this is a great place for the price! We arrived around 9:30 at night and there were 4 or 5 men hanging around the front entrance. Not sure what the deal was with them but they didn't seem to be bothering anyone - just made you wonder if it was the safest neighborhood. The next night when we came back to the motel, there was again several men hanging around outside the front entrance. But like I said they didn't seem to be bothering anyone.
The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance to local shops and restaurants There was an extra 10.00 charge for parking. The fire alarm went off at 2:00 am, and we had to evacuate while the fire department investigated. It turned out to be an electrical malfunction.
Mike I believe is his name was the shuttle driver and took our luggage to our room; he was great!
Convenient location, good room, but nothing special Hot tub was broken and became a "cold" tub. The only breakfast available was $15 each for the buffet.. Also had to pay for parking.
Great food quality for breakfast
The attached parking garage and the knowledge along with the service the staff provided was excellent. Price for breakfast was pretty steep. Elevator lobbies for the parking garage were filthy.
Great service, great facility, great staff Not in the old market area. Short walk away.
My friends and I stayed here for a birthday. We hit the hot tub and pool, then went out for dinner and drinks, and came back to sleep. Loved the modern, clean feel and the hot tub and pool. All was nice, quiet and comfortable. Appreciated floors 2+ being secure (needed a room key to access after a certain time). I did wish they had security at the front door.,My friends and I stayed here for a birthday. We hit the hot tub and pool, then went out for dinner and drinks, and came back to sleep. Parking was $10 for the garage but we found free street parking on the weekend. Breakfast is a bit expensive - $12 for hot breakfast, $6 for continental. Overall, a pretty good deal. With free hot breakfast, they would be a clear winner for this price range downtown. I am glad we chose this one, as it was quieter than the Holiday Inn or others nearby.
Staff was very nice and helpful. I'm a Hilton honors member and they took care of us very nicely. Breakfast waiter was very good. Not the hotels fault but someone pulled the fire alarm at 4 in the morning and we all had to evacuate
Room was geeat Could not get wifi in room
Loved being away from the interstate but still close enough that it was easy to access. Location was close to a lot of action but felt very safe. Solid room and nice view (6th floor) but nothing fabulous; basic upscale casual property. Paying for parking is a drag, but only $10 per night. Also, breakfast is not free/included in room price. Pool is quite small.
I like the pool, workout room and location of the hotel. The morning breakfasts are good too and the staff is really nice. I stay here every time I have to be in the Council Bluffs/Omaha area...about three times a year. My only complaint would be that they don't have a small refrigerator in the room. I bring a cooler and they have an ice machine in the lobby...but a fridge in the room would be nice.
The staff was over the top the best! All were very friendly and helpful! There was something splattered in the shower of undetermined origin. Looked like it might have been blood. There was some type of food stuck on the wall in the room.
The price was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was the cleanest room I've ever stayed in, so clean in fact that it looked like no one had stayed in it before me. The room is smaller than typical hotel rooms, but the comfortable queen bed and furniture fit, and there was enough room to walk around the bed. Everything in the room worked perfectly. There was even a cushioned window seat! The location was perfect. Near restaurants and casinos, and next to a movie theater. Limited selection of breakfast items, but I was able to fill up with healthy choices for my long drive home. I had a room on the top floor so there was no noise from rooms above. Not a thing. I've stayed in hundreds of hotel and motel rooms on my travels and this was one of the best.
Although the Hotel advertises itself as pet friendly ... they charged as $25!!! as an additional fee for having a little puppy with us. Not very pet friendly as far as I'm concerned.
The staff was very friendly and nice. The location wasn't ideal but was still only a few minute cab ride from downtown Omaha
Clean, friendly staff, typical breakfast. One of our bicycles was stolen in the parking lot. Not really the hotel's fault as it was dumb of us to leave it on the car. Nothing really bad for a hotel at this price point so if you want more you'd better pay more.
Our TV was not working and when we called the front desk we were almost immediately given a new room. Appreciated the willingness to help us out so quickly!
The staff was friendly. The queen beds were more like full size beds. The walls were very thin. There were only two tables in the lobby area for breakfast.
Very updated and clean. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Pretty big breakfast...nice choices. Great location!!!
This hotel was run down and filthy. We booked a nonsmoking room and ended up with a smoking room that smelled. There was old broken furniture in our room. There was literally blood on the bathroom walls. Absolutely disgusting! Would never stay there again.
easy access The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. Parking was a problem Saturday night. We had a long walk to the nearest door. The carpet between the beds was dirty. The bedside table dusty. The toilet leaned, yes leaned to the wall.
Very helpful front desk staff. No
Bed had a soft, comfortable topper on it. We got an updated room. I can already see mold and mildew problems arising in the near future without proper ventilation in the bathroom....
Front desk staff always very helpful. I have stayed here every weekend and not one of the staff is anything but welcoming, helpful, and always friendly. Some of the visitors are rowdy. Late at night past 2 weekends some sort of brawl just outside my room and the weekend before many teenagers running up and down the hall at all times of the night.
It was close to some of the places I wanted to go room needed repaired, chair broken, bathroom tile coming off. 2 rooms reserved and one had no towels. Changed the reservation online and it did not show up when we registered. Staff was not nice to my sister in trying to get her reservation correct
conveniently located, nice appearance, friendly staff. was disappointed there was no fridge or microwave in room.
The price was the deciding factor. The room was certainly adequate and clean. The whole place looked clean. It did have a pool but we didn't use it. The breakfast was very good. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was terribly noisy and went on with the light which disturbs the other person in the room. The sign at the entrance was difficult to see in the rainy night we were there.
Staff wished everyone a happy mother's day at breakfast and in the hallways, that was nice. nice and courteous. Our room really had a strong odor of cleaners all night, and was freezing cold when we entered, they had left the ac on full blast for god only knows how long. The bathroom felt like I was in a shoe box. literally what you would call a water closet.
Easy to get to Room was dirty, could not control thermostat, asked for help and nothing changed, room didn't get cleaned
Location was easy to find, close to the interstate, close to local gas stations. Rooms were fine, nothing overly special - but about right for the price. Towels were tiny & super scratchy. Noise - no sound proofing
It was close proximity to the express way... The remote on the TV did not work... The AC was very loud...
Staff was incredibly friendly, there was free internet, the hotel is in a convenient location, and the room was a very affordable price. There was also lots of space in the room and the accomodations were nice enough. Breakfast left a bit to be desired - watery oatmeal, shriveled apples, less than great coffee (didn't try but they also had cereal and bread for toast). It was also a bit noisy - someone had a dog or dogs and must have left it/them unattended so I was awoken much earlier than I would have liked.
