Cozy studio with a kitchenette and a breathtaking ocean view. You are steps away from the ocean and walking distance to local shops. The Beach Resort includes restaurants, a game room, bike rentals, exercise room, banquet spaces and more! The pools are currently undergoing renovations. The space This unit features a brand new 65 inch Sony smart TV, a brand new King sized bed and mattress, a brand new leather queen pull out sofa bed, brand new bar styled table for 4, dresser with plenty of storage space. Roll down blinds to minimize sunlight and keep room cool. PLEASE NOTE: due to building restrictions the jets on the bathtub has been disabled, but it still functions as a bathtub. If you have any issues please contact me as soon as possible so that we can try to resolve any issues Other things to note There are many reserved parking slots, I’ve have seen visitors regularly use those spaces without consequences, but it is a risk that would be entirely on you. Ample parking is available to the right/south of property

Pros:Clean and well appointed rooms with kitchenette. Wonderful beach and pool area.
Cons:Daytona and the hotel are going through a refurbishing stage.
Pros:i have stayed hear once before and would stay again. Pretty good hotel, fairly clean, lots of things to do.
Cons:Staff was okay, didn't spend much time at check in or give much care, but was okay.

Pros:This is the 2nd year we've stayed here because it's clean and maintained and generally a nice hotel. Some hotels on the beach are old with stretched/loose carpets, musty smell and wobbly elevators. This hotel location is awesome, nice rooms, staff and pools. The Publix grocery store is across the street so we cooked the majority of our meals. On the weekends there were activities for the kids with a huge blow up screen to watch a movie outside on the patio. Quiet hotel which is kept clean and up to date. They have a restaurant inside but we didn't use it, looked nice.
Cons:Check in time is a bust and the general manager could have cared less - we got in at 2:30pm on a Saturday and after standing in a line with approximately 12 people getting rooms, we were told we had to wait until 4pm because our room wasn't clean. I asked how the others were getting their rooms and they said theirs were finished. This happened last year but we were told then that check in time was at 3pm. We had luggage and were tired and wanting to get in the room, change and get to the beach. At 3:30 we went back, they lost our paperwork, had to fill it out again, got our keys, went to the room and voila, the beds were slept in and the luggage was still sitting on the bed. We quickly backed out, went back to the front desk and got a different room, with no people in it. Other than the mystery check in time for some folks, the balcony on the floors above the 4th are very short, with the chairs sitting sideways because there's no room. You feel like if you trip you're going over the edge. We couldn't sit out there and eat breakfast like we did when we were on the 3rd or 4th floor.

Cons:This resort may appear to be a "normal" hotel owned by a hotel chain but, the rooms are individually owned. Therefore, the owner did not provide maid service so we only had clean towels on the FIRST DAY. We had to make our bed, take out the garbage, and tidy up the room ourselves. The front desk was well versed in complaints about this owner but, refused to provide clean towels or do anything to help us. They did offer to let us pay for another room so we could move out of this one (which made no sense since we would have to continue paying for the room we would be moving out of too!). This is the first time in my life that I have ever complained about a hotel so I hope you heed my advice and keep on driving to the next destination. If not, your vacation will not be restful. It involve you working as if you are at home and paying full price for your nightmare!! This was by far the worst hotel stay of my life!
Pros:Nice rooms, pool and beach front.
Cons:Because I booked through kayak I was not allowed pool side towels or any other things you recieve if booked through them. I was told because I rented through a private owner they could not do anything. I needed a itemized receipt and could not even get one. Not happy about there indifference to this.
