Pros: Great facility. Have stayed there many times and will always come back. Close enough to Canmore for a quick trip but far enough away from all the tourists.

6.3 Good
Pros: Location was convenient, only 5 minutes away from Canmore.
Cons: Restaurants nearby close down too early, have to drive to Canmore. Sound insulation between rooms is very poor, could hear every conversation from neighbors.
7.5 Good
Cons: The front desk staff is not that approachable. She need more smile for customers..
6.3 Good
Pros: for a last minute booking it was a good price
Cons: the room was clean and for a single night, it's okay but it's a quite old hotel, a bit noisy, with old stuff
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: Old dingy place noisy hot
5.5 Okay
Pros: no a/c but a fan..decent view..quiet not worth the money but it was the Rockies in august so what can you expect
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: Very close to the highway. The noise during the night was unbearable. Mouse ran away when I got into the bathroom at night:(
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Cleanliness comfort price
5.0 Okay
Pros: Beds a little hard. Quite expensive for accommodations. Staff booking was like a robot.
Cons: The price. Treated like a “customer” rather than a “guest”.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Room with some view and quiet.
Cons: it is not in Canmore town center. it's far away from town center 11km drive. Carpet was old and dirty. A/C didn't work. The receptionist seems to lack a professionalism. Simple words, no smiles. bad communication skills.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location was close to Banff. Room was clean.
Cons: No air conditioning. Internet so slow, not usable. TV reception was analog, 6 channels, poor reception. No bath towels in room. Door lock very hard to engage. Outside back and front doors had no security, never locked. Staff difficult to understand.
5.5 Okay
Pros: IT was clean. Balcony.
Cons: No air conditioning, not even a fan and the nights were warm. No towels the first night. Lots of highway noise from Trans Canada Highway 1, the busiest highway in Canada and just a few meters from the hotel. The price, US $160 per night, made the above particularly irritating. OK, it's high season in the Canadian Rockies and this was the cheapest hotel around by at least $50 a night, but is it too much to ask to have a fan in the room?
6.3 Good
Cons: Fridge was broken. We plugged it in, and it never got cold.
