Pros (+) Breakfast was ok. That’s the only good thing to say about this place.
Cons (-) Front desk girl couldn’t find my reservation at the beginning and was unhelpful. Once actually looking for it, she finds it and finally gives me a room. Which was not very clean, smelled of cigarette smoke, and the whole place was just hot. Needs renovating. And customer service definitely needs improving.

Cons (-) Pictures were a bit deceiving as they made a lot of the rooms look new however you could tell hotel was a bit old. Carpet was dirty and in need of a cleaning. Bathtub was dirty. The bed and linens looked slapped together. When I went to utilize gym arrived to find both machines not working.

Cons (-) The facility was apparently under construction but I wasn't informed of that before arrival. We were planning on spending some relaxing time by the pool only to find out that the pool was green and full of material from the construction such as boards and other items. The elevator was filthy. So much that i wish i could have vacuumed it myself. The halls were very dark and creepy and not welcoming...

Cons (-) staff did not care. The room wasn't clean, smelled musty, and the sheets didn't make me feel good about getting into bed. breakfast had almost no options including no fruit.

Cons (-) This place is very run down. The rooms are dingy. I had a non smoking room and my comforter was full of cigarette burns. 1/2 way through the night a lady came pounding on my door. Wasn't sure if she went to the wrong room or they double booked the room but I was glad I had my door locked!
