It was very close to downtown
Faucet leaked, room was not serviced while I stayed there, A/C barely worked, only some lights worked, ice bucket was dirty, continental breakfast did not include any meat, and room door handle was broken and would barely latch closed.
Hotel was dark and dirty. AC did not work and no windows on the screens. Very expensive for such a poorly maintained hotel. Will never stay here again.
The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast service was nice.
Room was freezing cold throughout my stay despite having the heat turned up to the highest level. When I entered the room and turned on the light switch, none of the lights came on.
I got bit up really bad by bed bugs. Staff didn't seem to care.
The room had bed bugs, woke up with bits all over.
Door look like it was kicked and crack. Very old and dirty. Left after 1 hour when bugs in carpet but me. Just left didn't even seek to get refund. Couch look like it was from junk yard. Bed had stains Never again.
The staff running the free shuttle were pretty incompetent. They told me, and also separately told another guest with whom I later spoke, that we would be picked up at a certain time by the convention center, only to leave us high and dry for an hour. Not only could they not correctly communicate when they would be able to pick us up, they also would not acknowledge their error when pressed. Breakfast food was medicore. Shuttle van was beat up looking, missing a fender.
