Staff were so welcoming and friendly, they provided their name. The convenience store was well stocked. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable. There were many areas of the hotel to hang out in for families and groups. I stayed because it was close to the airport but will return again.

Cons. The fan in the bathroom didn't work but we didn't tell them until we were checking out.

Cons. The pool was scheduled to be adults only from 10-11, but this was clearly not enforced, as there were kids splashing around in both the pool & hot tub at 10:55 BOTH nights. We lost electricity for a few hours one morning which would have been troublesome if we had an important meeting to be at. The fire alarms also went off at one point. The hotel was smoke free, but there were smokers hanging out within 2 feet of the door pretty much at all times, at all hotel entrances.
