Pros: The massage and property well kept
Cons: No air conditioner. Fan doesn’t work properly. Was up all night because too hot. Creepy at night time.
Pros: Location nearby the forest/jungle/river very nice. Large room very confortable Very good food
Cons: Only one staff English speaking but no problem with that.
Pros: Close to nature. The staff is very helpful and nice.
Cons: No chose for meal and a lilte difficult to children. But you can ask the staff to do some egg or soup for your children. The light inter road is not good . Have to consider.
Pros: Great location, suitably remote. Staff were fantastic - friendly and helpful. Organized great hikes for us during our stay. Lovely hot baths.
Cons: Thinking there is a need to organize alternative entertainment when it rains - as it will from time to time - perhaps stock up on some board games ? Possible rafting ? Or cooking classes ?
Pros: Great location and best in the area. Unique
Cons: The spa was rudimentary
Pros: French resort! interesting to have a big drive from main city to there. The road wasn't too bad ! Very friendly and helpful staffs great services, could provides any of my request ! At 10am there's a wild horse will come over to hang out and eat around.
Cons: Only Wifi at the bar ! Food wasn't great like at all ! not variety of menu to choose from. So many of mosquitos and too dark.( If you guys could hang some fairy lights on the trees around that'd be perfect ! Or turn the jungle looking around the rooms into terraced rice fields lol )
Pros: Really splendid location away from everything. Simply amazing. Great hospitality from host; English speaking, friendly and really helpful. Booked a trekking tour with local guide and that was absolutely fantastic and a great experience. We booked the 2 days trek, neither guide or the people on the way speaks a word English but they were so friendly and kind hearted people that it didn't matter - and you get a long way with "sign language".
Cons: Would be lovely with more soft and comfy beds.
Pros: Location is great and nice food. We also went on a beautiful hike with a local.
Cons: Black fungus on the mirror in the bathroom. And a LOT of mosquitos.
Pros: The room is spacious. The connecting room is an advantage. I love the beautiful stream crossing the Pan Hou which both parents and kids can enjoy.
Cons: If the hotel makes more use of the stream in front it would be perfect, i.e. they arrange some convenient chairs/umbrella by for guests to sit and play in the stream.
Pros: Atmospheric boutique lodge with extensive water gardens.
Cons: No mosquito net over the bed. Fly screen doors didn't seal.
