Hotel has 2 elevators and for a day neither were working. For our 4 day stay only one worked. we were at the back on the 2nd floor and Outside music by the pool was too loud on all night making it hard to fall and stay asleep.

Pros (+) That hotel is amazing! The staff is excellent. Like on a scale of 1 to 10 they were like 15 billion. It’s very hipster like but very accommodating to non-hipster people. It is just very nice

Pros (+) Modern and friendly staff especially John at check in. He went over and above Helped with obtaining an UBER RIDE and suggested restaurants. He also was able to accommodate us with a late checkout as my daughter was in a class until 2 We will definitely stay here again if in the area
