Pros: Public areas were good.

Cons: Rooms were cramped and compromised by a poor conversion to increase the number of floors

Pros: staff were amazing

Cons: Room too small with no air Con

Pros: The Saturday market was right outside

Cons: The double room was pretty cramped

Pros: Reception staff, the only staff we interacted with, were most excellent.

Cons: It would have been nice to have had two glasses in the room and tea/coffee-making equipment.

Pros: A really great location with parking and helpful staff. Easy to walk into Douai and immediately by the historic canonerie gardens.

Cons: The meals on offer from the bar a simply micro waved pre-prepared food. We had the 'croque msr; and the lassagne. A big mistake, they were truly awful. Better not to offer food than present ...
