The reviews reveal a mix of positive and negative experiences at the hotel. Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, noting its proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, and tourist attractions. Some guests also appreciated the value for money and found the staff to be cooperative and friendly in certain instances. However, there were frequent complaints about poor customer service, with several guests describing the staff as unfriendly or unhelpful. Cleanliness was another area of concern for some, with reports of unpleasant odors and unsatisfactory room conditions.
