Large room - convenient to highest and shops
About to undergo renovation . Construction trucks and containers took up lots of parking lot . This wasn’t noted in online reservation description Older and dated - breakfast buffet just adequate - probably bette choices for price nearby . Would see if it gets better after rooms redone
The room was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Having a fridge with an ice maker was great. The lobby had fruit infused water each day which I loved and was an excellent touch. I liked the breakfasts they served for free. Saturday morning they had nice brands of assorted tea bags to choose from I.e. Rituals Earl Grey and Darjeeling. Sunday they just had Lipton blah.
The furniture in the sitting area is very uncomfortable. The thermostat in my room was acting up the second night. The heat wouldn’t shut off even in the off position. I switched on the A/C which counteracted the excessive heat and then the thermostat seemed to work again.
From the moment we arrived we felt very uncomfortable. Both the staff and some of the customers were sketchy to say the least. Check-in time was 3pm and there were about 8-9 parties trying to check-in. We waited around until nearly 5pm standing around in the lobby and everyone was getting angrier by the minute. There was 1 staff person behind the desk who wanted to be helpful. After waiting nearly 2 hours for our rooms to be ready a staff person in housekeeping busted into the lobby cursing and swearing because someone hit her car. Mind you she was parked out front where there was already very limited space. As a staff person she should have been parked somewhere else. At that point I took my family two doors down to the Hampton in and suites. It was more, but well worth not being in that environment. Oh yeah, did I mention that the police showed up while waiting on our room. I asked the police officer personally and he said he'd recommend us not staying here. Thanks officer.
Quiet location, but close to highways Comfortable bed & clean room "Asia?" At front desk was friendly & helpful. The lobby was cozy & nicely decorated for Christmas
My room was great, but others I saw needed some updating
It was dirty
We stayed in a king suite and for the money it was well worth it. Only stayed one night but would make an excellent extended stay. Our room had its own living room and full kitchen. Plus the main lobby had a complementary dvd library and full hot breakfast in the morning. Did not enjoy the pool or any other facilities outdoors bc it was freezing out but overall a great stay
Would stay here again
Loved having kitchen. Breakfast was good with real eggs. Clean room and very friendly staff.
Beds were full size instead of queen size bed.
Beautiful facility, affordable place
The rooms were amazing, they were like a mini home. Cute and cozy, perfect amount of space. Fully equipped to cook with dishes everything you would need, full sized appliances. Sleeping area has doors to close off the main area, for privacy, comfy beds.
I don't have anything bad to say. Only suggestion would be get a indoor pool.
