Excellent service.welcomed with a smile and lots of information.
Breakfast not supplied but available next door. Thought breakfast was part of thedeal. Ahh well still didn't spoil the stay
The location was good.
The extraction fan in the shower room is not working.
The area, bar staff helpful.
The bed was very uncomfortable, both of us were in pain in the morning, everytime water was used loud noises came from plumbing. bathroom pipework filthy, cold tap swivelling, sink loose, shower blocked. Pedal bin broken, light broken.
Great guesthouse in a lovely location. Very warm welcome from staff on arrival, going out of their way to help us enjoy our stay. Fabulous Irish music on a Wednesday night with 20+ musicians playing traditional music.
The location, the price, the comfort, everything was more than fine for our staying. With our key, we could go out and get back as we wanted. We were close to a bus stop so it was easy to go to Dublin by the day and get back to the hotel afterwards! And by being outside Dublin, on this almost island of Howth, we could be by the see and enjoy the sea weather and its scents. We really enjoyed a lot our staying, we'd be glad to come back there someday!
It was perfect, nothing to complain about! Even if the room was above the pub, we have not been bothered by the sound. People are very respectful and lower their voices when they are out of the pub (even on a Saturday night!). And we never heard the other people staying in the B&B as well thanks to the two doors we have to get in the room! I'm really trying to see what I didn't like about this place but nothing is coming to me.
