Service -- weekday omelette station girl remembered my order; waiter at bar also remembered our order.
Double bed vs single King; the restaurant by pool was not the best-- was not value for money spent.
Lots of parking, incredible view, staff was friendly and curtious and always helpful trying there best to make our stay a great experience.
The restaurant prices were expensive, but again the staff was great.
The beach and pool set-up
the quality of food and the relatively high prices of beverages
It's ideal for relaxation.
Great view from all hotels windows.
Too poor breakfast for a 5-star hotel.
Nothing was too much trouble from the very friendly staff at The Dubrovnik Palace Hotel. A lovely atmosphere, which made us thoroughly enjoy our holiday.
The location was perfect, 90% of the staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were great, the Hotel itself was pure luxury and the food was of very good quality, particularly the choice for Breakfast.
The quality of the coffee from the machine for Breakfast was very poor - it then broke down for days and there was no nofication to say coffee was being served by the staff.
The accomodation was excellent and the staff very attentive. It was a good hotel for a relaxed family week away.
The food(as everywhere else in Croatia) was unimaginative and expensive.Five Star Hotels should not serve frozen food items on their menu, the fish was not fresh and yet the prices were what one would expect in Paris.
Choice of pools, restraunts were very nice,
sea views and spacious public areas. helpful staff.
food was poor with poor choice. breakfast hot drinks were never hot. external public areas (pools, bars, other restaurants all closed). 60 min massage only lasted 45 mins but charged for 60 and felt rushed.
