Pros: The hotel is near the Dusseldorf airport, which was where I needed to be. The price seemed high, but otherwise everything was very fine. There is a good restaurant a few minutes walk, right past the church.

Cons: There is no way a guest can regulate the temperature in the basement rooms! (There is no thermostat). I woke up in the night as my room was freezing cold, but there was no way to warm it up. The next morning, I understood that the heating had been disconnected by the hotel management in that room on request of the previous guest, and they had forgotten to switch it back on again. This might be a legitimate reason, but in my opinion the room thermostat controls need to be in control of the guest. Another minor point was that the Wifi was not very reliable.
