was very clean and comfortable. Close to Downtown. Breakfast area was big enough and various options for every palate. Staff was there to serve you and very friendly.
Ice machine was a single unit when you have 3 separate guest buildings. Had to go all the way to the main one for ice.
Nicely furnished rooms.
Noisy. Not well insulated. Front desk called me and woke me up at 2:30am saying the rooms around me were complaining about noise and would I please keep it down. After they woke me up I heard the noise too. It was definitely not coming from my room.
Hotel was clean the room was fine. Friendly staff
Close to a busy street, they gave us the room right below the breakfast room (upstairs) next to the officeand facing the parking lot. It was loud all hours of the day and night.
The Cleanliness and the staff were outstanding
The hot tub area
Great Breakfast! Comfy bed.
Shower had some mold.
The customer service was fantastic and we would stay there again.
Bathrooms were not clean.
they expected my sister and i to share a small bed no refund!!!!
Extremely friendly guy at the front desk when we arrived. They had cookies out in the lobby. They were amazing! He called our room about a half hour later to see if all was well. :)
Nice breakfast staff. Rooms was clean.
Room was clean, modernized with fridge/microwave. high pressure, hot water in shower. staff was great. i was searching for latenight snacks and remembered they had cookies in the lobby, they were out,the overnight guy made some, brought them to our room.
Breakfast room and Ice machine were upstairs, only vending machine was a coke machine. Found a Pepsi machine in the same area at the hotel just north, but no snack machine available. Pool was chilly and a little buggy, with only two small scratchy towels.
The desk staff, and the breakfast staff were outstanding! They were helpful, positive, and always friendly. They deserve a raise-all of them!
Room smaller than expected. It was farther than expected from the center of Durango activities, downtown.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast is one of the best I've seen.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful; we enjoyed our stay.
Toilet didn't flush properly.
The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area and restaurants.. The breakfast was fabulous.
The hotel staff were very sincere when I told them I had to cancel my reservation. My companion's car overheated in Salida and she could not make it to Durango. I told them to rent my room to someone else. I also tried to cancel my reservation.
The Hotel personnel were good. Priceline refused to let me cancel my reservation. Said it was non-refundable. As a frequent traveler I learned never to use Priceline again.
We hit a snow storm on our way to Durango I called to try to cancel our reservation as I did not think we were going to make it there. The person who amswered the phone was not helpful at all. i asked to speak a manger but was told to call back when we got closer. We never did get closer and paid for our room anyway. I understand your policy of late cancellations however we could not help the weather and I will think twice before I book another room at a Quality Inn.
High cost for the room.
The staff was great
Pillows were the worst I have ever had in any room. They are half the size of a standard pillow and if you like to sleep on a brick they should work great for you. Also the might want to clean the floors ever year
Clean, good location.
Smokers outside of our room. Was a little expensive for the quality of hotel.
Pillows were comfortable.
Mold in the bathroom. Tv didnt work well. Breakfast was not very good.
I will never stay there again! My room was terrible, the door to outside did not seal, I could see daylight all around the door which made it very noisy. The water temperature fluctuated in the shower, I almost got burned. Rooms were very small & overpric
Basic cheap hotel with high Internet rates and cheaper rates to local workers. Spend a little more and stay downtown.
Too far from town, too small and rough crowd paying much lower rates
Really nice place to stay. The bed was beyond comfortable. Really nice breakfast as well. Staff was super friendly. Don't miss their brownies in the evening. They are yummy!
Average room and bed. Expected the service and quality based on the price. Non smoking room smelled of smoke which is always a downer.
Hotel was pleasant, staff was helpful. This is not a five star hotel, but a pleasant place to stay. The room was clean and quiet. Would recommend for an overnight stay.
This is an average motel. It was clean but a bit tired. A/C was noisy. Bathroom was the best feature of the room. Pets are allowed which was great. High speed internet was spotty, but staff was willing to reset the router on two occasions. Free breakfast is typical. Location is good, close to downtown and restaurants. I thought it was a bit expensive ($*/night) but was priced competitively with other hotels of the same caliber.
This hotel was fine - although a little pricey for what you get ( know Durango's always pricey though). It's a basic motel. The only complaint we would have is that the pool is very small, and always full of screaming, running, jumping, splashing kids. The two indoor hot tubs are nice, but they too were full of very small children. The location is out the north end of downtown, but not far.
A decent, basic hotel. The staff was friendly and the pool was located in the back of the property (unlike some other hotels in Durango). The beds could have been more comfortable and the toilet paper was TERRIBLE! At breakfast, we had to ask for additional items to be placed on the bar. Make sure you ask! Also, this hotel changed ownership in June 2006, so anything I say may have already changed.Overall, a decent hotel for the money. Nothing fancy. But you don't come to Durango for the hotels!
