Only thing would be a smoother ride, but everything else was excellent.
Couldn’t have been easier, their right in Baggage claim, so there were a couple people in line when I got there, so I grabbed my baggage first, when I was done the had no customers. We gave our credentials, picked the car we were offered (happened to be the make and model we reserved) and the told us where to go to get it, and we were off! Car had minor other damage than the made me aware of, but they had explained what to do, so I took pics, sent them in, and there was no issue when I returned the vehicle at the end of the trip.
The experience was great 😌 Pick up and drop off easy I’m a Sr citizens and would have appreciated some explanation intro to how these new fangled things work in the car ❣️
