Pros: Spruce Moose is a cute B&B walkable to the downtown area with stores and restaurants, etc. It was the perfect location for skiing at Cranmore and going out at night. The owners were so warm and welcoming - overall a great experience!
Cons: My only complaint is that the shower in the Audubon room is extremely small and the shower head is a bit low for me at 5'11'. :) Other than that, the room was very clean and comfortable.
Pros: I appreciated the welcoming nature of the hosts and the quaint feel of the main house.
Pros: We stayed in a cottage. It was so cozy and comfy for our anniversary getaway.
Pros: The service was excellent
Pros: The owners were very nice and were able to suggest local restaurants and areas of interest. The room was extremely peaceful and quiet.
Cons: Small shower, no tub. Late breakfast. (We didn't get to eat the home cooked breakfast because it didn't start until 8:30am.)
Pros: it was just great, it was like going home will go there anytime. paul and rosemary
Pros: The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating....made our stay quite enjoyable!

Pros: We had a lovely stay at the Inn. We had booked a smaller room which was perfect for us. It is in the "downtown" area of North Conway just a short drive from Settler's Green and walkable to all the local stores. Bed was comfy and the staff were very nice. We would definitely stay there again
Pros: The whole place is so nice.... each room has its own area to relax.... Never stayed at an Inn before, and so glad we did at this one...
Cons: The A/C didn't cool down the room as much as we like and a queen bed just doesn't cut it... both no big deal... the place so was no nice we didn't care....
Pros: Great location, big rooms, local feel
Pros: great location, especially loved the fireplace and jetted tub after a long hike!
Cons: another guest smoking weed, stunk up the place for a few hours twice during our stay...
Pros: The inn had a very homey, yet super clean feel to it. The Woodstove, hardwood floors and decor gave it a beautifully rustic vibe. I mentioned my sweeties allergies and the staff made sure we were in an appropriate room.
Pros: It was clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable and the A/C was efficient and kept the room nice and cool.
Cons: The offering of coffee and juice was a nice thought but it was poorly executed.
Pros: I made a same-day reservation through KAYAK. On my arrival, I was greeted and promptly assured that my reservation and payment were both on the books. I walked the short 1/2 block to the main street, and was able to explore the shopping area and found a delightful surprise in Zeb's General Store. Located just off the main road isn't a concern to noise levels - I was on a ground floor room on the side of the building toward the main street and my room was perfectly quiet!
A perfect location in the heart of town - and LOADS to do within walking distance.
Pros: Room was clean and cute, we have been here before and loved it
Cons: Someone is the near by room was definitely smoking weed because our room smelled like pot all night and also in the morning, not the most pleasurable experience, not really the inns fault but I'd assume they do a walk around the place. You could smell it from afar
Pros: Quiet and lovely

Pros: Overall a nice hotel for families. Friendly service, room was clean and comfy, and pretty decent breakfast. Mini-golf also a nice perk.
Cons: Breakfast can get crowded, so going early is suggested.

Cons: Shower was a little dirty other than that great stay
cannot wait to go back staff was very friendly rooms were adorable
Pros: Loved the owner and staff, breakfast was fantastic - it felt like home without worrying about the chores
Would highly recommend to anyone. Was nice there were no kids. Be on vacation with your husband and not have kids running around was priceless.
Pros: Is a Wonderful Inn. The rooms were very nice. Had a king size room with a fireplace. the breakfast in the morning was perfect.
From the moment we stepped into the Eastman Inn, Arthur and his staff made us feel welcomed. The location was extremely convenient (mid-way between downtown North Conway Village and the outlets) and the mountain views were gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious and dietary restrictions were graciously accommodated. The room was comfy and spotless, and we enjoyed the private terrace right off our room as well as the huge wrap-around porch with its stunning views. We are already planning a return stay in the autumn.
Pros: Absolutely everything! I hardly ever give '10's' but this was the best B&B experience we've had in years -- felt welcomed from the first smile and handshake.
I would go back, very comfortable. Loved my old tub, with claw feet. Our room was nice and quite.
Pros: clean and welcoming, ginger cookies and hot cider out on the front porch in the evening...nice
Cons: breakfast too light. My man was still hungry...me too!
Landscaping had a lot to be desired. Long windy walk up steps and around decks to get to the front door when we could have gone right in the main entrances side door. Bad lighting on outside steps at night. Breakfast was presumptuous and rude. No one asked us what we wanted. There was a bad odor to the room that needed the window open all the time. Tv reception was fuzzy. Could have and should have been done a lot better. Would never go back there.
Cons: Room smelled. Had no control of temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. Noisy, Awoken every morning at 3:30 from trucks rolling by. A lot of road noise in general. Breakfast sucked. No one asked us what we wanted they just plopped stuff down.
We had an amazing weekend. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Everything about the bed and breakfast was perfect. Lovely old home with lots of charm. We are planning on going back as soon as possible. There wasn't a thing that I would have changed.
Pros: Beautiful location. Lovely rooms. Lots of charm. Breakfasts were excellent.
Cons: Not a thing.
Very pleasant stay. First time in a B&B. Very good atmosphere felt very welcomed. Great breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Would stay there again.
Pros: Location and friendly staff.
Pros: Relaxed atmosphere and great staff! Not to mention the great breakfast and coffee! Art was a great host.
Our stay at the Eastmann Inn in North Conway was all we expected and more! We were greeted upon arrival and offered complimentary warm cookies, bottled water and coffee. The room, (a King size room towards the rear of the Inn), was quiet, comfortable and clean and decorated in a quaint Victorian style. The claw foot bathtub reminded me of mornings spent at my grandmother's house when I was a kid! The proprietor, Arthur, makes out-of-this world homemade breakfasts. (Anyone who can get my 13 year-old son to eat a spinach souffle for breakfast has my admiration!) Having local restaurant menus on hand in a basket in the parlor was a nice, unexpected touch and made deciding where to eat dinner much easier. The village of North Conway is filled with neat little unique shops and the days we were there people were out walking around town and shopping until well past 7 PM. The only downside to North Conway in general is the summer traffic as it often takes at least 15 to 20 minutes to get through the one traffic light in town. With that said, the Eastmann Inn is in a perfect location - far enough removed from the center of town to avoid the noise but close enough to walk to town. We will definitely be revisiting North Conway in the future and would definitely stay again at the Eastmann Inn!
Pros: The proprietor, Arthur, was very personable and had great recommendations for local activities and eating establishments. My son loved the free Wi-Fi!
Cons: The traffic in and around the general area is very busy.
Pros: The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, the bed was comfortable, and the location was just a short walk to the downtown area.
Cons: It seems as though there is some variation in room size...
Eastman Inn puts you just a 5-minute drive from Cranmore Mountain Resort. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and full breakfast daily between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM.
great bump skiing at wildcat, nice pubs in town but not much going on after 10pm.
Pros: great location, great staff you can tell they care!
Cons: a radio of some sort in the room would have been nice.
Cranmore Inn puts you just a 5-minute drive from Cranmore Mountain Resort. Guests can splash around at the outdoor pool or seasonal outdoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. Other highlights at this Colonial bed & breakfast include a sauna, a terrace, and a garden.
Pros: The owners were really nice. Anything we needed was taken care of right away .The rooms were neat and clean.. The house has a lot of character to it. They serve a killer home made breakfast. They just go out of there way for you. The view from the back of the house is beautiful.

Conway Scenic Railroad is a 3-minute drive from the property. Mount Washington Observatory is 1.5 miles away.
Pros: Living room separate area. Especially liked the kitchenette with full refrigerator.
Cons: Location of heat for room. It was hot air heat and when it came on it blew directly onto the bed. Woke me every time it came on.
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and very helpful in regards to the area I.e. Restaurants & things to do locally.
Cons: The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The worse sleep we have had ever. Our backs were sore every morning we woke up. Also the jacuzzi that we had been looking forward to using was broken. Those were our two biggest issues. Unfortunately for the price I paid I felt like I would have been much happier at another hotel nearby.
Pros: Great suite, mattress was dreamy.
Pros: Excellent place to stay while visiting the white mountains!
Pros: room amenities,decor, and comfort.

Cons: The 4 guys out in the hall way sitting on the floor having a beer laughing till 1AM. The baby in the room that woke up at 3AM and cried till 5AM. The walls are so thin is was almost like they were in my bath room. I won't stay at this place again.

Pros: The Hotel is a little ways away from the main street tourist area, but close enough to visit without being disturbed by it. They took care to make sure the golf and rock climbers did not interfere with the guests. They are very helpful and courteous and friendly. Very beautiful setting, and not a cookie cutter establishment.
Cons: Single brew coffee maker was a nice touch, but coffee supply was not re-filled for second day, and cups and glasses were not replaced with clean ones.

Pros: The staff at this hotel is incredible. They go out of their way to ensure you are happy and comfortable. They setup activities for children on the weekends leading up to Christmas and the water park is wonderful for kids of all ages.
Cons: This year our room was located just outside of the water park, this added to the noise level. The staff could have controlled the older children in the young children area of the water park better.
Cons: The water park and the staff
Cons: A little firm bed would be nice. While on bed, Bedsheet cover comes out from all corner.

Cons: Room was not cleaned on one day. very busy day

Pros: Clean, cozy, beautiful out.
Cons: The moment of opening the door came the smelly odor. Lack of air flow, small but kept clean though.
Pros: Junge's has a quiet, laid-back appeal without frills, hype and amenities of larger and more expensive hotels: You spend a night here relaxing and sleeping, and, going out for entertainment. The live-in staff is pleasant with the rooms clean and neat.
Cons: Although a coffee pot and microwave are not provided, there is a DD and a 99 restaurant (with take out) walking distance on the same side of the road.
Pros: The price. You can't beat the price for a room in North Conway on a busy weekend. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The rooms are a bit dated, but what do you expect for a cheap motel.
Pros: Good location for scenic railway, lots of character

Family-friendly, well-lit and well-marked parking lot. Close to the 'main drag' and lots of local attractions. Room was clean and comfortable, loved having a fridge to chill some water and keep leftovers. Nice porch with chairs to enjoy the weather (even the rain). Highly recommended if you are going to be in the area for a weekend or week-long stay!
Pros: Friendly and attentive staff, location is close to everything but offers some privacy, easy check in and check out!
Can't beat the price!
Pros: Old fashioned character...reminded me of traveling in the 60's. Very clean, comfortable beds.
The staff was very helpful when we were looking for places to eat. The recommendations we got were great. The beds were very comfortable as were the 'living room' chairs. The room was very clean and well cared for. I enjoyed the many windows on both sides of the room which gave us a great breeze to keep the room comfortable in temperature. We had plenty of space for us and our 'stuff.'
Pros: The room was a very good size and it was very quiet. I also loved the location and very helpful staff.
Cons: I really would have LOVED to have a microwave in the room as well as some sort of outdoor play set for my 4 year old to play on.

Cons: When toilet flushed in room next door there was a terrible noise in our room that lasted over a minute
Pros: very clean, and the owners are very friendly.
A rather old fashioned type of motel, but clean. I found that the doors do not automatically lock when you close them like in most places today. You have to insert the key in the door and lock it manually. If you are security conscious and absent minded that could be a problem.
Pros: Good location, has pool and free wiFi.
Cons: There was an annoying unidentifiable humming noise in the room which only became apparent when I was trying to sleep. It may have been coming from the refrigerator. In any event, there was no way to turn it off or unplug it to check.
The owners were very friendly and gave me some great recommendations of local restaurants.
Pros: The room was clean and affordable, and it was quiet in spite of being right on Rt. 16. I was there for a weekend of winter hiking, so I wasn't looking for anything fancy.
Cons: Small shower stall - difficult to bend over in
It was nice having our own parking space so that we could walk right out to our car, which was also near the main office. We enjoyed its proximity to the quaintness of North Conway. The office manager made sure we had all we needed, walked us to our room, turned the ac on for us, and offered me coffee before I left at check-out. He was kind to my daughter and made us feel safe and taken care of.
Pros: The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Cons: It was a very simple place- the bathroom/shower was not as big as I had hoped, but was consistent with its simplicity.
The room is small but very comfortable. There are queen beds and are comfortable. The room was spotless. Nice view of the mountains from the window. It is right on Route 16 in North Conwa but the traffic did not bother me at all.
