Comfortable room, hotel is kept up to date, very clean.

Channel selection on the tv was very limited.

Very clean and convenient to downtown area. Large rooms and comfy beds. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The gym was under construction during my stay. Not enough parking during heavy snow. Only one lot was cleared.

The friendliness of the check-in staff. She was very efficient and made us feel welcome.

Great restaurant bar attached.

Very old and tired looking. Needs a major renovation.

I Didnt like nothing about the hotel the power was out the 2 days i stay there no streets lights bad neighborhood. NO HEAT i couldnt take a hot shower and my food went bad. I was cold and very very disapointed with my stay.

NO POWER, NO LIGHTS, NO HOT water, bad location, staff didnt come clean the room, everythang about the room I Did mynt like, and I want my money back. I go throught priceline all the time, and now im starting to think twice.

See above--complete old dirty shithole-I walked in and out and never stayed-priceline map is deceiving-on the edge of holt if not in holt at all DO NOT STAY AT THIS CRACKHOUSE OF A HOTEL!! Sleep on the street instead-you would be better off!

Clean and safe, great for business travel. Hotel staff was excellent.

We asked for a late checkout 3 times. Called the night before our departure day to confirm the late checkout. When we went back to checkout (earlier than the late checkout time) we had been locked out of our room. Saying that we missed checkout time.

The room was newly renovated.

Several. The halls smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. The pool and the area surrounding was dirty including hot tub.

Beds were comfortable, TV was good.

The shower had not been properly cleaned. There were long hairs all over the curtain and walls. The shower water pressure was poor.

The hotel was close to Summit ice Rink. The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection ...... Liked the plain yogurt with the fresh blueberries and granola.

They do not offer late check out. Although they say they do on there website and in the brochure in the room. When I asked for late check out I was told 12 noon is there standard check out time and it is one hour later then most hotels.

The sheets had the impression of a penis on it, the hotel had an odor, the continental breakfast could not even be called that by any means, it could not be a two start hotel. it was horrible

I enjoyed the free breakfast that was included by the hotel. I also liked that they had a pack-n-play for our use for our daughter.

The pool water temperature was very cold. I would've liked it much warmer to enjoy with my family. We only swam 1x, because it was just too cold. Also, it was very noisy at night.

The room was modern and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The front desk staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was good.

The hotel description said the indoor pool was heated but it was pretty cold. It didn't feel like it was heated at all. The whirlpool was warm but it had very few jets and didn't seem to be working properly.

everything, the hotel has so many code violations and should be shut down, no heat in lobby,and most of the rooms, tv only in some rooms, internet kept crashing, did not clean the room while their, they defrauded me and i am filing charges, the.

The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Free parking, free breakfast, free internet, and free access to computer and printer in business area a plus.

The road leading to the hotel was snow covered and needed additional plowing. I have a small car and was concerned about getting in and out of the property, but the parking area was plowed.

Bathroom dirty, room was very, very, basic. This should be called a one star motel.

Clean comfortable room and bed. What else could you ask for in a 2 star hotel? I am so happy I booked another stay the night I checked in.

It would be silly to complain about a great price at a good hotel. This 2-star hotel beat every expectation, NO complaints.

It was close to my event. Easy access to the highway.

Very noisy. Walls didn't seem soundproofed at all. Blankets and pillows all had cigarette burns in them. Refrigerator really stunk. Room smelled very musty. But, we did not find any bed bugs, so that was a plus. The staff was very friendly.

I must say that the staff is nice, but checking out and closing the door behind me was the best part of my stay.

The room was amazing and the swimming pool was awesome!

They needed another person to help at the bistro in the morning. People had to wait awhile, but luckily I wasn't in a hurry.
