Friendly staff, car park at rear, room quiet when windows closed, loggia outside room, reasonable breakfast, street plan and recommended restaurants list in room. Traffic noise from rail and road when on loggia.
Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Slightly remote location in a poorly lit street. The nearest station, Bernau Friedenstal, is a fair distance away over indifferent footpaths with poor lighting.
Everything was nice, no faults at all N/A
Strictly speaking all was found to be perfect on highest level at quite reasonable price.
Cheap price, nice breakfast The volume control of our TV was not work....
Very good value for money.
Clean and large room A guy from hotel tried to fix the channels in TV at the time we were in the room. There was only day time curtains in the bathroom.
Coming from busy district of highrise buildings, considering this like country side, quiet and fresh hotel stay. From airport to Hotel, we came with the public transport which was well organised in Berlin system Euro6.10. Ofcourse is better to have light luggage to drag along, otherwise by taxi will be Euro 40 if you fixed the rate, otherwise, by taxi meter reading to hotel can come to Euro 75! Everything was fine.
nice location close by a lake single room too small.
Beautiful surroundings, quiet; good place to use as base for walking and cycling trips; train station nearby (Berlin 45 minutes away) Curtains let through to much light and were not long enough; room rather warm with only a big window to open
The hotel is located in a beautiful region,it's right next to a lake. The hotel advertises free wireless internet, but that's not really true. It's a paying service. There is a free service but that redirect you to use yahoo.com. The cleanness of the room is also an issue: the room had a smell (moisture ?) and there were many mosquitoes and spiders.
It was good, that the rooms were deep in the backyard as the street in front of the hotel was with paving stones Tell your guests in advance, that the hotel don't accept the announced internatiolnal credit cards, and that the restaurant closes in the evening.
The rooms were very clean and in top shape. I mean the bathroom looked brandnew. The breakfast was very nice. It was a big selection but a cold breakfast. The staff did not speak english. They did not have any information even in english about where we should go our first night for dinner. Their hotel kitchen is not open past breakfast so you have to go into town and find somewhere to eat. We've never been there before so it was confusing not to mention a little scary area. No toletries or ice even though we asked.
This was a nice, clean, well run business class hotel. Good Breakfast. Bar on site. Not near other services like food, gas, store.
Nice, quiet localisation. Kind staff. Good breakfast.
Peaceful hotel in a bit aside. Good breakfast.
The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, in particular Sylvia Adam. Sylvia went out her way to provide good, helpful advice in relation to a number of questions I had. Sylvia also possesses a useful working knowledge of English which the Hotel would be wise to further develop. We had to carry out suitcases up two flights of stairs. While this did not present me with a problem, it may be difficult for people of more advanced years or people with a disability.
