Cons (-) Replace the elevators as they broke down and staff said it happens quite often!! Sunday morning check out saw us using the stairs from the fifth floor.

I had made a mistake when booking through Kayak and accidentally entered the wrong arrival date. The man at the front desk was super nice in helping me and making sure that I would not be double charged.
