Check in line was long after already registering online. Process was repetitive but the clerk said the booking site only provides a name and no other info.

It was closed due to a fire, which no one informed us until we arrived.

amazing personal attention for a business-type hot
The staff were endlessly helpful, the facilities were excellent - including out-door hot tub and pool - and the availability of a van to take guests to dinner and to the airport. The stay was surprisingly luxurious, and very modestly priced.
Service at breakfast was understaffed, but not a great problem.
