Always call ahead and make sure that they have a vehicle ready for you. Also if you request a manager's special and they tell you that they don't have one available and you need to upgrade, then talk to the manager because a manager special is a mystery vehicle of ANY size.

It was impossible for me to get a rental because i didn't had a physical credit card. We live in an era where everything is digital yet i was required to have a physical credit card and a physical license. I had everything to get the rental but just because it's all digital it was impossible for me to get a car. I understand that you need to have guarantees but it's ridiculous. I had an emergency and just because your technology is out of date not only you deny me the service in this company but treat me like i was going to scam you. Simply terrible.

Easy to pick up and drop off. Customer service was amazing . We will be using this in the future and recommending our friends and family Thank you!!
The first car they gave me, the front bumper was loose and would not have endured the long drive to Dallas. Plus, the car was not real clean. The second car was much better but they forgot to open up the toll pass reader for the tollways in Dallas. When I mentioned this as I dropped off the car, the customer service person told me not to worry and that it doesn’t matter if the toll pass reader is in the open position or not. For a total cost of a one way rental from El Paso to Dallas for 10 days, $712 including the unlimited toll pass was okay but not a great deal.

Rate increase was a little confusing as I picked up the car ~1 hour early but returned it as planned.
They claimed the car I had rented was “recalled,” I looked it up, it had not been. They didn’t have anything for me to drive and did not help me whatsoever. Furthermore, they would not refund me.
Great customer service, the car was cleaned but had smoke smell. Everybody was nice and helpful. I will return to this particular office for car rentals.
It was a very confusing situation. Very disorganized - you people rent cars that you don’t have available. You have no problem taking peoples money though.
