right in the heart of the town, close to shops pubs and all road routes. the belmore was a great spot to stay. no complaints
The total ambience of the hotel. Luxury rooms with beautiful decor. With no bar it probably attracted a quieter client. However there was another hotel just at the back which did serve alsohol and hot meals if required. The hotel was very convenient to leave the car for the nearby town centre, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. No. We could not have asked for a better hotel.
inviting, warm, spotless,&friendly helpful recptionest michelle i think her isher name no bar or resturaunt
The facilities suited our purpose well the disabledfacilities were good and the staff excellent. No
Friendliness of staff and excellent facitities.
The family suite, whilst basic, provided everything we required for the long weekend that we stayed. We had our own front door and were able to come go as we pleased. The staff were there to help if required. Parking was easy.
From the moment I arrived I felt that the staff were interested in making my stay enjoyable. Full details about the motel were given on check in as well as details about the restaurants etc within waling distance. I made use of the kitchen for a light breakfast. The rooms have been redone recently and are fresh, modern and clean. The shower was awesome. I will be back because as a base it was ideal for me. There are no lake views from the property, but then it's a town centre location and a decent price.
Comfortable, staff welcoming and friendly.
The Belmore is ideally situated close enough to the centre of Enniskillen, without being difficult to access. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, whilst the rooms offer excellent value for money and are clean. We would not hesitate to use the Belmore Court Motel again and look forward to our next visit.
The Receptionst was so good.
Excellent hotel, very inviting with a warm atmosphere. Staff were helpful and friendly. None really, slight problem with the door card reader but Receptionist sorted it out quickly.
Friendly staff; good food Room door lock not working. Was mended quickly after it was reported
we recieved five star treatment and comfort, the food in the wv bar and the restaurant was first class,we also recieved a free upgrade to the honeymoon suite which we thought was fantastic the only down side was some road noise
I have to admit. Mary at the front dest went out of her way to help with what ever needs my wife and I needed. Also the one young gentalman at the pub went out of his way to make us feel welcome. when he wasn't busy serving drinks and food he would talk to us and answer any questions that we had. It's nice to go to a hotel and feel welcome. I just wish that some of the Hotel's in the USa did the same. Thanks for the great experience.
The hotel was superb, our room was really comfortable and well equipped. We chose to have bar food which was of an excellent standard. We found all of the staff friendly and helpful.
The location was excellent only a few minutes walk to the town centre. room facilities were of the highest standard and bed very comfy. sirloin steak delicious
The Westville was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our 2 week trip to Ireland. It was clean, comfortable and within easy walking distance to the town center. It was a great place to base ourselves for treks out into the countryside. It's only about a 20 minute drive to the Belleek Pottery factory. The breakfasts were very good. The room had fruit and chocolates for us. All in all it was a very nice experience. I honestly have no complaints about this hotel.
I booked this hotel on the net and my wife were delighted with it. The hotel is very central and the overall standard was really good I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to anyone.we will definetily be back None
Rooms were great and hot breakfast was first class We stayed in room 217 and found it a bit noisy during the day due to a mechanics workshop next door. Also a bit concerned that although we only stayed 1 night we found the corridor fire doors wedged open on two seperate occaisions!!
I found this an excellent hotel, room was lovely, food in bar was excellent and reasonably priced. Only bad comment would be the guinness - terrible would be a word to describe it apart from that everything excellent
Lovely hotel in lovely location with very friendly staff. The room booked was described as a superior double, however, I suspect we must have been given one of the most basic double rooms as it overlooked a car park and the boilers. It was a mild evening and the room was very hot. The room was on the first floor and we could only open the windows an inch which did not allow in enough fresh air. As a result we had a very poor nights sleep.
The hotel is beautifully situated and the rooms are spacious. Some refurbishment would not go amiss. The leisure facilities are good
The Spa was my highlight.
Really liked the setting - very peaceful and relaxing. However the view of the the rubbish in the yaght yard does take away from the view somewhat. The restaurant staff were helpful, and the french waitress was very attentive. The food was very gooda nd the menu extensive, esp. the dessert menu. Better signage throughout the hotel for room locations, the cellar bar and other facilities such as the pool and couldn't find the beauty salon. The pool is a bit tired looking and could do with a minor revamp. I got the impression the staff were 'stretched' and this didn't alow for any real customer service. Some were even rude, esp the older breakfast waitress. I felt for a four star hotel, there should have been an iron / board in the room. On arrival, I felt as if we were rushed in and we were not prompted on booking for dinner or if we wanted to use any of other hotle facilities. Thsi place needs to concentrate on the details and on improving customer service and employing more staff.
It was the most pleasant experience I have had in Northern Ireland! Great hotel, great stuff, spacious rooms! All in all, best hotel I've been so far!!!
The hotel was wonderful. Excellent surroundings and the hotel itself is beautiful. The room was nice but the mattress and bed clearly needed changing. The divan itself had damaged springs and the mattress was so worn that there were large dents in the mattress making sleep very uncomfortable. It maybe time to renew the beds! Other than that the stay was lovely. I am sure if the beds were more comfortable I would have found the stay excellent!
HAVING stayed in the hotel numerous times over the past number of years was disappointed we were not made aware that lakeside view was not possible for a family room. we were in 506 - fountain very noisy - breakfast staff were not very helpful - did not check if we required more tea., toast etc. Nreported the bathroom fan as problematic after the first night no-one came back to us on this worked out the problem ourselves.
The staff were very welcoming on arrival. We were there fro a wedding and found all the staff lovely. We had dinner the next day of the Sunday menu and it was just ok, expected better however was very reasonable in price
I found the staff to be most helpful. The setting of the hotel is magnificent. Nothing
high standard of hotel, great loch side setting very quiet & relaxing
the friendliness of staff. The beautiful setting. The lovely walks for us non golfers. The lovely spa treatment and relaxation area Nothing
sheer luvury @affordable price. lovely walks and lovely setting
Everything was excellent, from location and scenery to facilities and service with the exception of breakfast. The breakfast buffet was not up to scratch in relation to food temperature. ie not very warm.
The staff were lovely, very professional and friendly at the same time. The food was amazing best i've ever had. Enjoyed our walk around the golf course especialy reeds bridge, veiws amazing. Although we had an amazing meal, there was just no atmosphere in the dinning area at all dur to people staying in their rooms to eat as it was a poor nite weather wise. Thought the spa needs that extra touch (maybe outdoor hot tub) Also when i was in the showers the light went out twice. bit frightening.
a slice of heaven the food in the restaurant was to undercooked for my liking
the hotel was totally luxurios
location is perfect, very luxurious, loved the roll topped bath, fluffy dressing gown and slippers. Staff very friendly, room service excellent! Service was bad in the restaurant. At breakfast we were shown to a table and offered tea or coffee, which never arrived, even tho i saw others being given theirs. We booked into restaurant for dinner that night, we were told that it was one of there busiest nights, and we were prepared to wait. We got seated pretty quickly but then ignored, again while everyone else seemed to be served, tables cleared that sort of thing! Felt invisable, was funny up until a point, but for it to happen twice in one day not great! Left and ordered room service, quick and friendly service from here on in!
The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Alhough we spent one night at the hotel every one treated us as they would treat a couple who spent a week in a suite...The room was very clean and comfortable which made our stay really pleasant and enjoyable! The view while being in the pool was extrodinary and relaxing. I was not very excited with the breakfast
loved the open fire. porter very nice but seemed to be everywhere.very over priced for food in restaurant, other wise enjoyed our stay.
The location of this Hotel is most suitable for shopping and eating in nearby Enniskillen. I have stayed in this Hotel before. No complaints
very peacefull lovely veiws and staff very friendly.
Exceptional standards throughout. Excellent location. First class staff. Superb facilities.Welcoming ambience.Good parking facilities. No complaints
.Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Meals and breakfast are excellent. Manager in restaurant went out of his way to ensure we got a table, during a hectic Mother`s Day. No complaints.
A very relaxing place to stay. Wonderful view over the lake. Staff very friendly and helpful. A great base for exploring the beautiful Fermanagh countryside and lakes. First class breakfast. Too relaxed to notice any downsides.
Friendliness of proprietors, cleanliness Nothing
We stayed ay Greenwood Lodge Guest House/BB for one night as we were attending a function in the area. Very clean, helpfull, good breakfast and the owner drove us to the function. Would use again.
the breakfast was nice yeah room very very small, the owners appeared very anxious we checked out on time which was 10am, which to me seems very early.
The owners were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble no
Friendliness and helpfulness of the onwers. Nothing was any trouble.
the room was spotless, the breakfast was excellent and Richard & Liz were friendly, helpfull and always wore a smile
Proprietors were friendly but not intrusive. Room was nicely furnished, clean and had extras such as electric blanket and hair dryer Had to share the breakfast table with other guests
The B&B was pleasant and relaxing. The proprietors were likewise pleasant people with time to chat. A relaxing experience. At the edge of town the parking was easy.
The breakfast was good. The en-suite electrically-heated shower unit had poor pressure and flow- but probably no worse than other similar units.
Very friendly and helpful. The owners couldn't do enough for me. Would return any time.
