Pros (+) Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to make sure we were all amen care of
Cons (-) The hotel, being a block away from a playground, needs to be more child friendly. There were glass jars on low shelves in the breakfast dining room area and the a/c untits and microwaves are at the level/height where kids can do some damage! it would also be great to have a ramp at the entrance instead of a small wheelchair lift.
