Pros (+) Mrs. Nicky, the front desk assistant, was professional, courtesy and helpful. She was welcoming and friendly and helped us with places to eat. She is a definite asset to Best Western Plus.
Pros (+) Good value. Bed was REALLY COMFORTABLE! Breakfast was good but they ran out of a lot of stuff and staff had to continually be asked for more and was very slow. Place was clean and newly remodeled. Pool was indoors, but no hot tub :( overall the place was very clean and staff was pleasant, but bring your own pillows and blankets.
Cons (-) It took a very long time to check in because there was a long line and only 1 person behind the counter (like 40 minutes). There were no sheets, blankets or pillows in the room for the pullout couch- and when we called the desk they were out of pillows (and when the people we were called for theirs, they were out of blankets!).
