Cons (-) Don't expect to feel welcome by the staff. And if you happen to ask him to repeat something if you didn't quite understand the first time, be ready for an impatient response. The hotel was clean enough , but I would not pay more than $50.
Pros (+) Location met our needs. Away from city. Very quiet except for the sounds of nature. It was old, but very clean.
Cons (-) A very poor mattress on bed. Thankfully it was king size so I could sleep in the middle. It was listed as a nonsmoking room, but it had an old stale smoke smell. It had probably been a smoking room in the past.
