10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic resort with good food & beverage options. Beach is great for swimming & snorkelling. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Will come back to stay at this great resort
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, food prices fair, location was good- good snorkeling and convenient to airport with out being too close
Cons: Bed didn't suit me.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern and spacious facilities, very friendly and accommodating staff and great location with a lovely outlook. Good continental breakfast with a slight twist every day. Daily tour options were good, and a lovely beach with great snorkeling or multiple pools to swim in if you just wanted to relax at the resort.
Cons: Room had quite a strong smell maybe coming from the concrete construction?, The beds were also a little on the firm side for our liking but nothing we couldn't cope with.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: nice location although a little out of the way which wasn't a problem because you can hire a car or scooter which I would recommend to have a look around.
Cons: Bed a little hard and place a littl tired and needing a revamp but still 8/10. Would recommend place for a week relaxation.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Incompetent staff at reception regarding booking.com and payment. Had to wait for over an hour to get dinner. Finally got our pizza after speaking with staff.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This place is amazing! My partner and I stayed one night before we flew out the next day and we both wished we stayed there longer. Beach is amazing, a bit dangerous at high tide for children (as had family visit) but overall beautiful. Our room was lovely (ocean view) and the whole resort is well maintained. It really is a paradise. The staff were so friendly and lovely too. One of the best places I have stayed in Upolu - by far.
Cons: Only thing I can fault is the road to get there and maybe better signages along the main road to indicate when the turn is near. Other than that - nothing at all that we didnt like!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location! The fales are directly on the beach. I loved the entire atmosphere of the resort. Super nice staff, too
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This place is extraordinarily beautiful and I spent 4 magical nights here, going to sleep and waking in the morning to the sound of the surf. Nothing was too much trouble for the super friendly and helpful staff and volunteers, who were extremely welcoming. They even rigged up a table and chair in my lovely little beach hut so that I could do some work on my laptop! I would very happily go back.
Cons: Nothing at all.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This has to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Samoa. Location is great and close to a few tourist sites. The road in is fine and the payment is only a one off and then you can get a voucher for driving in and out from reception. Food is good and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: In any accommodation situation the staff accommodation should be separate from the paying guests for a number of reasons.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Amazing beach
Cons: Very isolated and expensive to get to
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The Fales were great. Beach is fabulous. They catered for dietary requirements. Friendly staff.
Cons: It was all great but some initial confusion 're bungalow cabin or Fales. They only have Fales or bungalows.

7.5 Good
Pros: Very good breakfast and excellent location, overlooking the water.
Cons: The air conditioner in our room ran constantly, even with the garden door open. The result was constant moisture in our room. We thought the room had been mopped out by the cleaning staff on several occasions, as we did not understand the effect of the air conditioner. Our clothes became musty in the cupboards and drawers, and I developed a serious chest infection towards the end of the holiday. This in hindsight was a serious problem, particularly if it affects other rooms as well. We did not like the absence of bed side lamps for reading. Overall the lighting system was unnecessarily complex, and not fully effective in a balanced sense. The lights on the floor under the bed side tables, are close to comical.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Large comfy rooms. Great buffet breakfast. Air conditioning in the well appointed gym.
Cons: Reception staff were unable to give the double rooms as requested when booked several months prior. Took until 1am to deliver an extra mattress ( not a rollaway bed) to one of our family rooms. Not satisfactory when we had been very clear in our communications prior to arrival.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good location to catch early flight. Pool excellent. Room smelt damp both nights and air conditioner not very efficient. Buffet nothing to rave about but staff worked hard
Cons: Damp room smelt musty Air conditioner
5.0 Okay
Pros: The pool area was nice. The staff were friendly and keen to assist. It is a 3 min drive to the airport. The kitchen catered to vegetarians.
Cons: We had clothes stolen from our balcony overnight. Upon check in the room smelt. We opened the door to try to air it out however because the ac was off everything started to get wet with condensation. So we had to put up with the smell. Our room was not serviced and I had to request that it be done. It was not done well and the sheets on the bed were not changed. The room was completely overpriced for what it is.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location - seemed to miss all the bad weather (and weather forecasts) around. Lovely beach and pool.
Cons: The A/C had to be left on, or the room started dripping everywhere. We had the setting at the warmest it could go and it was just too cold.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The pool was a hit to cool us down and to relax. The many shaded areas in the resort complex you could sit and unwind. The buffet breakfast that was included in our stay was a hit and the staff we interacted with throughout our stay were very friendly and helpful. The room setup and facilities were nice. We had an upstairs room which had an amazing view of the ocean. The location of the resort was good and convenient for us getting to the airport.
Cons: The price of food and beverages was very expensive compared to other resorts we stayed at or dined at during our stay in Samoa. People reserving both sun loungers by the pool and tables at the bar and coming back and forth was very frustrating though it didn’t stop me from moving their stuff aside so we could have a table to sit at and eat lunch (the people who had towels and water bottles on the table weren’t happy and I didn’t care) , we arrived an hour before check in so that we could get The paper work done and sit down and have a nice lunch while we waited for our room key. The aircon in the room seemed to be blowing warm air and smelly air, we called reception and a technician was there within minutes, he checked it over and said it was fine though it just didn’t seem cool enough for us and the damp/musty smell seemed to have disappeared till the next day. There are rooms that have their own aircon/heat pump units yet the remainder use a shared system which cannot be altered to suit individual needs.

Cons: Not having wifi in the fales was probably the only downside
7.9 Good
Pros: Very friendly staff and clean amenities
9.6 Excellent
Pros: All of it......location location
7.1 Good
Pros: Villa more or less was over water Filtered tap in villa Ritchie - staff member was so smiley and helpful to tourists and colleagues.
Cons: Bikes not in working order Breakfast not included, makes rates rather expensive for what it is. Location is close to airport but also under flight path and close to road so noisy at times
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Incredible location, the sunsets are absolutely spectacular, a hidden gem. Staff were lovely, food was excellent and the value for money the best we came across out of three high end resorts. Perfect for a quick getaway or a longer stay, we'll be returning for sure.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Relaxed vibe - location good -
Cons: Poor service at check in/check out - after long red eye flight I was still made to wait longer than necessary despite my room being vacant Reception always closed or unattended Errors with billing in their favour Poor wifi service - should not be extra charge Ants everywhere in kitchen Over priced - room service charge 8aud which is more than what luxury hotels charge Pool very basic
7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely gardens, pool and views. Great restaurant and staff. Very convenient to the airport for an early flight.
Cons: The garden fale was expensive. It was dark during the day and had locked doors leading to the reception storage cupboard. It carried noise. from the reception and light from the storage room. Considering no breakfast was included it was overpriced. The waterfront fales looked very special but my room was tired.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location, beautiful place. excellent customer service. The food was amazing and breakfast was wow.
Cons: The rate is a bit pricey but its a really nice place
