9.3 Excellent
Pros: HUGE and very comfortable bed! The room was also very clean. It was very close to the town centre, which meant you can walk there.
Cons: We thought this was an apartment, when arriving it was actually a hotel above cafes and shops. LOTS OF STAIRS! No parking with the property. Only public parking, a couple of streets away, which you had to pay for between 8:45 and 15:00. A fridge was provided, which I loved, until we went out and bought a few things to find out that the fridge didn't work properly.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was amazing. The room was smaller than expected. We were there two nights and the rooms weren’t cleaned nor coffee/tea were not refreshed. Refrigerator not cold.
Cons: The noise from the pub ? Next door.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location great for facilities
Cons: Could have had table in room
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Person who met me at the door was very helpful
Cons: Paid for breakfast £10, asked for 8am, by 8.45 still not arrived, would expect refund
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the staff - they were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: It stated apts. - it was just a room with its own bathroom - for what I needed it was OK, but it was not a 5 star hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is fresh Brilliant view Right in the town centre so no problem for getting things you need and McDonald's and subway is 2 minute walk away from apartment
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice, quiet, clean apartment with a large, comfortable bed, a fridge and microwave. A few yards from the taxi rank a few more from the bus stops for the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies. Railway station about a ten minute walk.
Cons: The apartments were on the first and second floor of the building accessed by a spiral staircase which might prove a bit of a problem for someone with mobility problems.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Tiffany made my stay, I was shown to the room and was advised how everything works. I was given tips on local attractions. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great. The apartments are handy to Buses, Taxis, Trains and Shops.
Cons: The room was facing a noisy Bus Stop.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: nice, modern house, comfortable and very clean
5.5 Okay
Cons: The rooms were boiling, there was only 2 toilet rolls for 4 days, only 2 towels for 4 days, and the beds were very uncomfortable, woke up with bad back every morning! The room is barely an apartment. Not impressed and wouldn’t stay again.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: I was at a wedding reception with my husband and during the buffet I went through to the main bar to purchase a cup of tea as tea was not available at the function hall. Nothing was a bother for the staff the even insisted on carrying the tea through to my table from the public bar which was busy at the time and to top it off I was not charged anything for the tea. This might not seem much to rave about for some people but I really appreciated this good will gesture as I love a wee cup of tea with my wedding cake ! Made my night. So thank you to the lovely staff. This place was great value for the money we paid and we would stay here again.

Cons: NA
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Well positioned for a stop off en route as it’s jut off the motorway. The restaurant and bar is useful for those who want to get food on their stay (I didn’t buy appreciated the option). The room was large, clean and easy to get to, large and clean bathroom with shower, the bed was very clean, comfortable and large. The staff were all very friendly and I appreciated not having to check out until 11. I also liked being able to open the door doors instead of it just being a window. Recommended.
Cons: Noise from the road (that can’t be helped though and you can’t have everything).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb room. Friendly staff. Great price.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We only had one night, we loved the area and the owner was a great host.
Cons: The surroundings
5.5 Okay
Pros: The reception was nice but the host was very little present, so very little exchange with him; We felt like we were alone in the house. The room was clean, small and overlooked the '' garden '' and the bathroom is shared. The breakfast area was not especially clean and not friendly. The choice of products was limited; bread from large surface, no fresh produce except fruit. The place is quiet and not too far from the village where you can easily find something to eat.

Pros: Evening meal and breakfast fantastic, rooms were spotless
Cons: Would've preferred king size bed and a bath
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Location, staff were fantastic. Menu was excellent and price was great value. Although the hotel does not do room service they went the extra mile and made up sandwiches for my wife. Service and friendliness of staff way above any expectation I could ask for. Thank you so much

6.3 Good
Pros: Cheap for town centre
Cons: Very noisy late bar round corner traffic noise in the morning bed shakes when heavy traffic passes Very warm rooms when warm outside.maybe the rooms at the back are better? Breakfast was ok but like eating in a cafe so no help yourself buffet or juice.
7.5 Good
Pros: Small upstairs room with an excellent on-suite bathroom. Very friendly staff and help provided to carry luggage upstairs was really appreciated. Budget price
Cons: Pillows were flat and lacking comfort. Wall mounted TV difficult to view.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location. Kitchen facilities. Lovely bathroom.
Cons: Bathroom wasn't in our room, it could be used by others. Tea/coffee facilities were in a communal kitchen, not in our room. No curtains, just a roller blind barely covering windows. Stains on carpet. Funny/ musty smell in the room. The Advert and pictures on the website were misleading
7.5 Good
Pros: Nothing special - restricted menu but good free 'take-away' rolls
Cons: Noise!
7.5 Good
Pros: Bed was comfy. Staff helpful
Cons: Very loud music. Don’t go if you want a quiet meal in the bistro. Music also playing til very late ? 3am. Although this may have been place across road. Still it disturbed my sleep. No cooked breakfast served Before 11am- a bit pointless- everywhere else would have finished breakfast by 10.30. Hotel stay was just a place to sleep while while walking John Muir Way. Wouldn’t really want to stay longer. But it met my needs.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff and good food and nice vibe in the bar..
Cons: Hot room on main road which was noisy and near night club, hence no sleep due to noise. Room shook when traffic passed. Not restful at all. Towels had seen better days.
6.3 Good
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, central location, day-rate.
Cons: Noise from club, slightly shabby room and little details (like broken TV remote, old bath towels and no coasters for tea cups/drinks)
5.5 Okay
Pros: Main Building was fine. But felt the location that I stayed in off site was basic to say least.
Cons: Off Site room was more like a room for workers working away
5.5 Okay
Pros: Location was ideal for an overnight stay. Many restaurants/pubs within walking distance
Cons: A very poor qualty establishment which failed to live up to its claims on the internet. It is an old rundown building which needs to be demolished. I was told that an electrical fault made my booked room unavailable and was offered a room in an annexe. I suspect that they had overbooked. The room turned out to be in a seperate house next to the hotel and appeared to be a poorly adapted downstairs room. The shared facilities were poor. I considered the shower to be unsanitary and unusable. The seperate toilet was adequate. The staff at the hotel did offer to cancel the booking and try to find an alternative but I chose to use the room as at least the bed looked acceptable and I was not prepared to mess about at 6pm when I needed to eat and sleep to continue my journey early in the morning. Definitely the worst of 6 overnight stops.
4.5 Okay
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful, trying to fix the broken shower and giving us a refund when we had to change hotels because of the party-room next to our room
Cons: The room was dirty, at first the shower wasn’t working at all and when they finally got it to work, it was cold! They put us in a room where there was a party-location (belonging to the same place) next door to it. We decided to switch accommodation so we never found out who‘s louder, the wedding party or the live-music downstairs.

7.5 Good
Cons: Room in the castle was awful . The room advertised on your web site was nothing like we got , I would say false advertising . Won’t be back and won’t recommend to any one else
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic family night away! the kids loved the pool and the adults got a tasty meal with yummy cocktails before. I will certainly be going back :) staff could not do enough to help us.
Cons: there was a wedding on that night so the restaurant was overly busy. Although our first 2 courses were in time the desserts took over 45 minutes to come. The waitress apologised, explained they were busier than usual and we ended up getting our desserts for free :)
6.3 Good
Pros: The staff were lovely and very helpful
Cons: Unless you're coming here for a wedding you wouldn't choose to stay here. The rooms look like they haven't been done up for a couple of decades. Taps that don't turn off and tired looking furniture etc.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything
Cons: not enough plant based food options
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Just what the Dr ordered to get away with my daughters for a night! Thanks.
6.6 Good
Pros: Staying in a castle
Cons: Rooms were poorly decorated and sparse. Not what you would expect from a castle. Additionally the food was very bland and highly overpriced for the descriptions. Not what I expected from a 4star resort and spa.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent buffet breakfast although they had run out of Earl Grey tea - minor point. Consistently great staff and lovely spa facilities!
Cons: The dinner menu was disappointing and the same both nights, especially the range of local produce that could have been featured. Housekeeping didn't happen until late afternoon on the second day which was a bit inconvenient waiting for fresh towels after a hot day visiting Stirling.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The Castle and outside landscaping was perfect. Making it look like a first class hotel. Staff was friendly.
Cons: After checking in we started to walk towards the rooms. Suddenly everything looked very dated. Its looked like from 25 years ago or so. Once we entered our room we got a shock. It was so dated and water stains and mold in three places of the room. The furniture was worn out and the worst place was the bathroom. Its so dated and worn out. The bathroom door wouldn't even close. The shower head was just hanging from the ceiling. Just one fixed shower head and the toilet was dirty. Reality is far different from the pictures on booking.com. we were told that the hotel was being refurbished and this was stated on their website however the duty manager didn't offer to change our room. Also once a looked up some reviews I found the same situation from 10 years ago. Pity since this was our last stop on our Scotland trip and it left us with a bad taste. Won't stay here again unless I know the whole place has been refurbished.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Afternoon tea was excellent
Cons: The rooms are not in the castle but in a side building, the facilities and rooms are worn out
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is lovely, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious.
Cons: The hotel is not the best value for money as it is quite expensive for bed and breakfast. Spa access is included, but as we only stayed one night for a wedding we could not make use of this.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Food was amazing however room 131 was not what I expected requires an upgrade
Cons: Breakfast more choice
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We were attending a wedding at Airth Castle It was as ideal location
7.0 Good
Pros: Very comfortable for a budget hotel, Very friendly and helpful staff good value for money breakfast choices
Cons: unfortunately there were not many local amenaties, the nearest cash machine also charged a fee requiring a 10 minute journey by car to obtain a bank affiliated ATM
7.6 Good
Pros: Easy check in. Access to hotel at any time of the day or night. 12 noon check out was helpful after a late night the evening before
Cons: The description of the hotel as "Falkirk North" was misleading. It's more like Kincardine.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The welcoming, friebdly receptionist, cleanliness and comfort of the room. The premier inn was bery near where we were attendinng a wedding. The breakfast was very good.
6.0 Good
Pros: I like Premier Inns, as they are rather basic, but have all you need for one or two night's stay.
Cons: The only thing that did annoy me, was that the hotel seemed to have some sort of a block on the signal to my iPhone. This meant I could not use my helpful apps to locate nearby places of interest, etc.
7.6 Good
Pros: Very accessible easy to get to Very centrally located.
Cons: No Safe deposit box in room.
6.0 Good
Pros: Accommodation was pleasant, excellent breakfast in restaurant next door.
Cons: Needed your car to travel anywhere.
6.0 Good
Pros: Good staff
Cons: Hotel is a bit tired
7.2 Good
Pros: Good selection of food for breakfast. Friendly staff. Good sized room with comfy bed. Pub next door. Say no more.
Cons: n/A

6.8 Good
Pros: You get what you pay for. All in all, it is value for money.
Cons: Hotel a little shabby. Plug in sink would not close. Low supplies of tea and sugar.
6.3 Good
Pros: For the price it was very fair. Very quiet which is good.
Cons: I felt like I was in the hotel from American Horror Story. It was cold, dark and I only saw one person in the time I was staying in the hotel. Either a member of staff or a serial killer. For £36 I can’t really complain but yous should rent it out as a haunted house experience or something.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Did not have breakfast; location excellent.
Cons: Television reception is very dodgy; a lot of channels were missing.
