Pros (+) Carol, the owner, helped me arrange ferry tickets, gave me advice about Martha's Vineyard, and was very pleasant, When I tried to extend my stay, even though they were fully booked, she made the extra effort to find me a room, and when that failed, she called around and found me another local hotel to stay in, and even called back later to make sure I had gotten in alright!
