What an amazing location! A beautiful castle right outside our window!!! The staff were helpful and the facilities were excellent. Breakfast was delicious.

Very friendly staff and a great breakfast. They had bikes we could use to roam the city. A central location with inexpensive parking nearby. Can't be beat... A bit hard to find since it is on the square and there are no indications that you can drive there.

The location was perfect, the breakfast was good and plentiful, the stall spoke good English and were helpful. Annex where we stayed was distance away. Wi-Fi did not work as advertized.

The hotel is placed exactly in the heart of Ferrara. Another good thing about hotel is that they provide free bicycles to guests - it's wonderful, as everybody in Ferrara drive bicycles. The hotel staff is extremely helpful. The breakfast is good. None.

The location was perfect. We loved the castle view and walking from our hotel in the area at night was one of our favorate memories of Italy. The hotel was very nice and we felt at home. No.
