- Beautiful historical riad with great facilities - Check-in was pleasant - The friendly new receptionist in the evening helped to print our boarding passes and arrange for airport transfer.

- The staff seemed to rotate a lot. We didn't see a familiar face the whole three days we were there, which led to the experience being a little impersonal. - The air-conditioner/heater in our room was on when we checked in. At around dinner time, there was a very strong smell of fried food coming into our room and we couldn't figure out where it was from. After a couple of hours, the smell was still there and we asked the receptionist about it, and they confirmed it was from the air-conditioner. They said they would try to fix it. The smell was still there when we turned on the heater the next day--and remained on our clothes and hair for the day. - When we used the shower in the bathroom, the drain was clogged and it took a long time to drain the water. A quick 5-minute shower resulted in a little pool of water. - Pillows were flat and old. - Greasy lukewarm buffet breakfast - The room wasn't cleaned on the second day, nor did they give us a new bottle of drinking water. - For the price we paid, it wasn't of great value. - Located within the medina, we found ourselves harassed and followed by locals more often than when we stayed at another riad as soon as we stepped out.
