Pros (+) We’ve been staying at this hotel for about 20 years and tonight will be our last night. The next time we come to St Louis we will not be staying here. Between the cockroaches, smoking in rooms and elevators being allowed and the rude staff memeber (who’s name I did not get because no one wears name tags) who wouldn’t give me an extra pillow, blanket or towle so I could be comfortable (I’m 7 months...

Cons (-) This hotel was a dump. Hair on bedsheet, dirty towel and hair in bathroom, dirty toilet, hotel customer service agent was unapologetic that the room was dirty. Changed the room to another room upstairs and wrinkled(?) bed sheet and hair on bed sheet again. Thanks for nothing.
Pros (+) The staff was fantastic and took great care of us. They were very friendly and accommodating when we were trying to order out for the night.
