I loved the fact that the balconies were very private unlike some other higher end hotels I've stayed out where you can literally see the guest directly next to you on their balcony. I also loved the 55 inch flat screen TV.
The bed was comfortable but the pillows were a bit low and non-supportive. It seems as if they need to be refreshed or replaced. The down comforter was a bit hot for me while I was sleeping. Pease put a microwave in the rooms and vending machines for H20.

Shower door was ajar there was someone's hair on the floor of the bathroom. I would've expected more amenities for the price.

The pool did not have food/drinks so you had to go down to the first floor which was inconvenient.

The door to our room was broken from Wednesday until we checked out. The building engineer knew about it but he knew told anyone else until we discovered it. We took pictures of the door knob but no one offered to move is to another room.
