Cons: Booked room through Expedia.paid in full. When checked in they charged my card $75.00 & $10.00 that took 5 days to put back in my account. Was never told about the charges being applied. So for some that could cause account to be overdrawn.
Pros: My first and lasting impression was how fresh and clean everything was. The location is just a few miles from Cloudland Canyon, the Longest Yard Sale, Buck's Pocket where the eagles nest, Guntersville State Park and its golf course, and Lake Guntersville, on the Tennessee River. Rainsville is located in the heart of Sand Mountain farming country. (According to the Sand Mountain Reporter, Sand Mountain is the nation's most densely populated rural area.)
Cons: I think the closest thing to a negative was going into the room upon arrival on a mid 90's day and finding the room too cool.
Pros: Clean, Size of room, bathroom, cable TV selection, microwave / fridge, interior doors, friendly service. Breakfast and breakfast room, conference capabilities.
Cons: Hard to find (Google maps error, sign not lit at night), desk unmanned, mattress felt cheaper than other super 8s.

Pros: Fire doors broken and left hanging open, room wasn't clean, staff only halfway helpful. Room heating unit was poor and hot water was only barely warm. Terrible value.
Pros: Clean, quiet, good air condition and confortable bed.
Cons: Clothes rod was as high as the top of door jam. TV controls were much more complicated than they need to be.We have learned to operate most cable box controls but in addition to normal buttons this one had a slide at the top that only allowed the set to work if it was in one position.
Pros: The staff was friendly
Cons: 1.) No elevators with noone to help with getting luggage to the 2nd floor
2.) Hallways had a bad odor
3.) Room was not vaccuumed, hand prints were all over headboard of bed, comforter was dirty/not washed well, window had handprints all over it, and tables were dusty
4.) Bathroom was not clean and water would only get luke warm
5.) Dining room area was not clean and floor was sticky
Pros: Clean room, confortable bed, modern look, good location, very good breakfast.
Cons: We were woke up by people talking loud and shoting doors several times during the night. We tried to put the a/c continuosly for the white noise, but it stayed in auto.
Pros: Proximity to restaurants, shopping, etc. Also connected to a Waffle House. Nice pool.
Cons: A bit run down. Almost due for an update.
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Worst hotel stay ever. Wall have no sound proofing. Even after staff called surrounding rooms still could hear everything coming from adjoining rooms.
Pros: It was what we needed but no extras. A basic room. Did the job.
Pros: It was very clean and had been updated.
Pros: Convenience and friendly staff
Cons: The pool was green.
Pros: I took photos both chairs was broke, poop in bath walls, tub broke, someone had stole master key someone came in our room, towels dirty, and no extra cover when we ask for it.they gave us a new room some better not much.so not much we liked
Cons: Everything was wrong with this motel..
Cons: The desk clerk was not too friendly.
Pros: Was just fine! Nothing special but clean and breakfast was good. Staff was super nice.
Cons: Just an old hotel that was renovated. They were remodeling rooms and working on the pool/ jacuzzi. Was adequate for the 2 nights we were there.
Pros: It was dirty, beyond dirty. Go look at the walls in the bathroom. Bug on the floor. Believe me, if there was another hotel in the area that had rooms, we would have gone there even if we lost the cost for this filthy room.
Cons: Carpet stapled to the wall. Looked very cheap.
Pros: Hotel room was very clean. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.
Cons: The room was very dirty and there was a cockroach in the bathroom.
