Pros (+) The breakfast area was nice and looked like it was newly redone. The pool area was ok too.
Cons (-) The hotel room was in really rough shape. Our bathroom door looked like someone punched it. There was mold on our shower curtain, and everything was old and dingy. There were no pool towels when we went swimming, and the chairs in the pool area were falling apart. There was no fan in the bathroom.
